A interface mais específica para registro de férias, por exemplo, é arcaica e difícil de utilizar.

I used ADP Workforce Now after I migrated away from ADP Total and I had to bring everything in house. The initial set up was not difficult

One of the strengths of ADP was its ease of access. The interface was pretty user friendly and navigating around the site was pretty straight forward. It was also easy to clock-in and clock-out when I was hourly. Finding what you need to request time off, reviewing your benefits, and wag breakdown were easy to find.

The website was okay, but the app was glitchy and had login issues at the time I was using them. I don't know if the glitches have been fixed now.

App on ios needs more options to for resource tools.

I like that I have a dedicated section for my team whether its monitoring their time cards, the shifts that they work, the tasks that are assigned to them. I get reminders for requested time off, time balances. It notifies for upcoming holidays.

The price was just too expensive for a small company. Was hard to get to the right place when calling customer service.

ADP Workforce Now allows you to log in via the mobile app or on a your personal browser or in your work browser. The mobile app says Good Morning (your name) and allows you to quickly access inform about your most recent paystub. You can view pay and tax statements to 2022. You can update your w4 tax withholding. You can view your timecard and so much more.

I provide a 4 star rating for one reason. In the past I've had other jobs using ADP Workforce Now. None of those jobs, or tax documents are listed in one ADP. In order to access this information you'd need to remember your login information

The simplicity of clocking in and out. That the pay statements are organized well and easily accessible.

Only being able to clock in from the internet. If I am having computer problems, I am not able to clock in.
