He listens to my concerns, and keeps them in mind while assisting me. [sensitive content hidden] attentiveness and response time is spot on. I wish all my account manager's were as quick to respond and attentive to my needs/requests as he is.

I've been using Pulseway for approx. 10 years. The software is very stable and I havent experience any downtime or faulty. it's has a lot of functions (patch update management, software deploy, third party patch, anti-virus deployment ) and easy to navigate. Pulseway support has been very good and useful.

We have been using Pulseway for over a year now and the first year was rough. The employee we had set everything up had everything set up completely wrong and really just made us hate using Pulseway. Lucky that employees is no longer with us and with [sensitive content hidden] help we were able to make Pulseway function a lot better for our company. I would strongly recommend if Pulseway is not working for you then work with your account manager until it fits your company better.

Its amazing and allows me to run my business efficiently.
