A melhor coisa que eu gosto no aplicativo WebEx é sua interface de usuário de tema escuro padrão. O aplicativo WebEx possui serviços de mensagens junto com serviços de reunião. No aplicativo WebEx, podemos facilmente compartilhar arquivos e enviar mensagens para nossos clientes com segurança, o que economiza muito do nosso tempo, em vez de enviar e-mails sempre. Há um atraso ou latência muito baixo nas reuniões com o Webex, o que é muito bom.

Às vezes, a tradução de outros idiomas para o português não é 100% correta, o que transmite uma mensagem errada aos ouvintes. Exceto que não há nada para não gostar no aplicativo Webex.

Utilizo com frequência para apresentações online em mentorias ao vivo em um trabalho paralelo que tenho. Posso fazer chamadas de qualquer tipo de dispositivo tendo a mesma qualidade. Consigo esta presente no vídeo junto com o conteúdo a ser mostrado, isso gera uma melhor experiencia para meus alunos. E interagir com os mesmo através das mensagens instantâneas.

Inicialmente tive dificuldade no atendimento ao cliente, não estava conseguindo ser compreendida em minha duvida. Mas depois tive minha questão resolvida e nos atendimentos seguintes foi bom.

The call quality is decent and similar to other team management/video call apps. Every meeting I've been to using Webex has not stuttered or had issues.

Webex is complicated to get going, especially for a simple user. As a client of a company who uses Webex, it forces me to download and maintain this program in order to have calls with them. There's no web based video calls, it all has to go through their program and can be a hassle.

Webex Suite has suitable avenues in making virtual meetings, and there are strategic formations that foster video conferencing.

It is abit difficult to use on mobile phone but it works best on computers.

Webex Events (formerly Socio) was well received by our attendees, staff, exhibitors, and sponsors. We hosted our Symposium in September, and the event was hybrid. The Webex Events (formerly Socio) app was instrumental in keeping everyone organized. we liked that our sponsors and exhibitors could reach the virtual crowd just as easily as the in-person crowd. Building the app to our specifications was so simple and the help desk was quick to respond with any questions we had. The entire team at Webex Events (formerly Socio) was great to work with! Implementing the app was effortless. Our team was able to customize the app to our color scheme and highlight features of our event. The scheduling function made it straightforward for our attendees to join their session, see the upcoming speakers and overall plan their day based on who they wanted to see speak. The app was used by all involved for two consecutive days. Integrating the Webex Events (formerly Socio) app into our event to keep everyone organized was effortless. We really liked the ticket purchasing feature, this made selling tickets for both in-person and virtual attendees painless. The reporting tool was helpful at the end, we were able to see who and how many people attended each event. The reporting tool and metrics that are available in the end make planning your next event so easy. We also streamed 4 consecutive speakers every and the app records each of those sessions automatically.

The least helpful aspect of the Webex Events (formerly Socio) app was the training tool on streaming the sessions. The tool is only set up to train you to stream one session at a time. We spent two days training only to find out the day of our event that streaming 4 consecutive sessions was nothing like streaming just one session. It made the morning of day one of our event stressful. We suggest modifying the training for those that make more than one consecutive session so that you can train on streaming at least 2 sessions at a time.

Webex Suite is the most robust call center platform which I have ever used.
I like how it unify webinar, calling, messaging, whiteboarding, BIM and VC in one central location.

I have over six years of experience with WS and it suits my needs without posing any flaw.
