Desvantagens
Poderia haver gráficos mensais que demonstrassem os serviços mais solicitados, os executados, os que realmente eram necessários, os locais dos pedidos para haver um planejamento de intervenção prévio.

It fits very well with the small brewing ecosystem we have. The facility management control and equipment maintenance schedule and frequent service schedules are automatic. By the time I place a work order for each time I use a machine, the observation of how often the tools are adjusted and transformed is very clear. The program could easily be expanded, making it possible for several individuals to monitor each job and assist in keeping up with routine repairs and damage. For an institution new to the computer game, this is a very simple procedure to learn and use. If you only use it on certain occasions, you will not gain much benefit from its use.
Vantagens
The utility of the meter for preservation reminders is very helpful. I own several machines that demand cycle count care, and finding them with Upkeeper is very simple. Individuals can request a work permit for resolution of any machine or facility complications they encounter. Any member of our staff can make a request, which can be immediately converted into an order so that nothing is missed. There are several machines that require specialized tools. With UpKeep me it is possible to find the parts that are next to each machine, as well as find the stock level of those parts.
Desvantagens
The preset layout for the supply list seems to be in gradient descent. The parts I use most often are those with the lowest part number, so I need to reorder the sequence the moment I look at them. Writing down my preference would be an excellent addition. The ability to store our ongoing inventory repertoire is helpful, however how to do it to load it can be confusing. The guidance in the video was not very specific؛ written help would be helpful.

UpKeep has been very helpful in guiding us through adoption of the platform and providing us the tools needed to expand our capabilities and record keeping. This is an excellent platform that has helped us build our service delivery platform
Vantagens
UpKeep is easily configured and very flexible to meet our very unique business model. The support team has been outstanding throughout our implementation and continues to provide top notch service to guide us through new challenges. I appreciate the relatively low cost against the market to all us to grow with the product and add licenses without significant cost
Desvantagens
The platform is designed for a more traditional break/fix style work force management application. It has forced us to adapt some of our (albeit maturing) processes to meet the capability within the platform in order to capture the data and detail that we are looking for.

It's pretty good experience definitely if you're starting off with your first and/or grown in employees, orders, basically it's like having your own team without a team and without the headache of personalities it should be more of a is stepping stone into how to manage a team and implement what are keys brought because of kid does not offer more than or it's at still great app it's all about just improvements it's not going down or anything only up because They have a really good product that can be built upon I think a lot is just listening to the people who helped him stay in business which is your customers and the people who go out of their way to use their services
Vantagens
Having the wherewithal to provide at times a seams unmanufacture/track orders, set up preventative measures was routine on demand schedule of Maintenance and all other headaches that come with the business they're in and just all around you have the management off operations and stuff like that. As well as some pretty fine Analytics data management that is accessible to users who want to improve and become more efficient with your day-to-day work based off statistics in numbers and professional opinions
Desvantagens
I feel like all maintenance asking always use more interface updates along with overhaul updates more regularly especially for upkeep. Though all the stuff I listed that makes it seem like the user is in full control you're still the lack of being able to do your own reporting which is probably the main issue no poor times I'll just being able to see your job orders it's the little things that are like nothing could be fixed if you actually ask and implemented their most DieHard customers responses and problems.

Vantagens
It is the chief hack for maintenance and management.Helps business to work more effective.It is a user friendly software which is easy to use.It gives it's users control and sovereignty.UpKeep is easily accessible anywhere and anytime you need it.
Desvantagens
No cons about it.It has been impactful to me.

I would say it has been very good, UpKeep has been well embraced by the Associates here and the ease they have had submitting work orders.
Vantagens
The biggest thing would be communication. Before UpKeep a work order would be put in and no one would know the status of it. With UpKeep we see updates and emails detailing the status of the work order.
Desvantagens
The only thing that comes to mind is that you provide training for Administrators and Technicians, it would be nice to have a power point presentation for the view only and Requestors. As an Administrator, UpKeep was my task to own, and I had to present it to the group prior to launch. the problem was the Administrator permissions is different than the view only and Requestors, needless to say my 1st class was a learning experience not only for the view only and Requestors but for me also.

The intuitive interface, along with the mobile app, facilitated easy task management and ensured timely updates. The ability to create work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and track inventory simplified maintenance workflows. The customizable reporting and analytics provided valuable insights for continuous improvement. Although the integration options were limited, UpKeep delivered a reliable and effective maintenance management system.
Vantagens
One of the things I liked most about UpKeep was its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. Navigating through the software was straightforward, and the clean layout made it easy to access and manage maintenance tasks. The mobile app was also a standout feature, allowing for on-the-go access and real-time updates. The ability to create and track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage inventory seamlessly simplified maintenance operations. Additionally, the customizable reporting and analytics provided valuable insights to optimize maintenance processes and improve overall efficiency.
Desvantagens
One aspect I liked least was the limited integrations with other software systems. i use upkeep to communicate with the technical team for maintenance and support, I like the ability to send issues as photos and get helped online, upkeep provides a video tutorial for setting up, this is the best for sure
Desvantagens
using upkeep requires strong internet connections as poor networks lead to delay in loading documents as soon as possible and it's very hard to learn

i always use upkeep to share my work orders with my team for their input, the application is so easy to use with a clean user interface, I like the ability to be integrated with other apps and saving data online makes it perfect to me

somehow the application is difficult to use and uploading photos takes a lot of time this need to be addressed to give customer the best

i like upkeep when handling work orders among team, since i can get all project team inputs to compile general project report , the CMMS feature also makes militance management systems so easy, i also like the user interface. security is another thing which is good since every user is given password for logging

using the application on android phones its very slow and this limits tasks to be accomplished

Without UpKeep's preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking, we would be having periodic downtime.
Vantagens
I get to easily integrate other software to make my use of UpKeep seamless. I also like that I can use the preventive scheduling feature which saves us a lot of cost since our assets are well maintained.
Desvantagens
For someone who hasn't really used any asset management or inventory management software, it might be difficult to navigate the website. But after a while, you get used to it. Adoption is easier if you have used similar software before

Overall, I found the UpKeep platform to be a solid solution for computerized maintenance management. While there were some minor issues, the platform was easy to use and helped me effectively manage my preventive maintenance tasks, calendars, equipment maintenance, and inspection projects. I would definitely recommend UpKeep to other businesses looking to improve their maintenance management.
Vantagens
I was impressed by the ease of use and user-friendliness of the UpKeep platform. Setting up my tasks and projects was a breeze, and I appreciated how the features were organized in an intuitive way. The ability to access the platform from my mobile phone was also a significant advantage, allowing me to stay in touch with my field teams and keep track of my projects, no matter where I was.
Desvantagens
Although the UpKeep platform was easy to use, I found that some features were a bit limited. For example, I would have liked to have the ability to customize some of the report templates more to better fit my company's specific needs. I also encountered minor issues with syncing my tasks across different devices, which could be a bit frustrating.
