This platform is easy to use for all our users in line, and provides that daily direction needed.

It is not mobile friendly in my opinion for my use.

Flexibility to manipulate data, Transformations are a great idea

Its slow!!very basic chartsFilters do not work with every chart types

Grow was easy to build charts and visualize data into a dashboard.

Lack of connectors for several platforms. Needed something for Klaviyo which didn't exist.

You can explore and visualize your data doing charts, custom views and dashboards. Each assets have different features like filters, drill down, customization. You can share the asset with other team members.

A desired feature is reverse ETL feature i.e send data to a data source.

I really like the ability to pull data for customers in the 'needs order' categories, and using the gap reporting to my advantage

I feel like the system is a little buggy at times and could be better. My reports will auto update or shoot me to the top of the webpage if I am looking and browsing through the same data set for more than a few minutes.

The data warehouse capabilities and the amount of storage we get with our subscription is why we selected Grow.

The data visualization features are below average. It feels like it's lacking basic functionality in this area.

Integration was easy, we utilise connections with our current systems to monitor KPI's and increase resource throughout the business where needed

No Marketo support, dropping Twitter/X support and now losing the ability to upload spreadsheets.

Easy to create and manage dashboards. Setting up new connections is easy and straightforward, often with detailed guides, if required. Tools for parsing and manipulating the data are thorough and vast.

The guides for setting up connections can be a little difficult to find the first tie you go looking for them, with most internet searches sending you to a contact us form page

With 13 users, the data can be overcrowded, but it's nice that wherever you hover over on the data, it will show the number for each user. You can also hover each individual's name to get an isolated view.

The filtering isn't the easiest to use. It takes a little bit of learning.

We've been using Grow for a couple of years and it's great to see where things are at a glance on the Dashboard.

Sometimes there's a lag in the graphs but usually corrects within a few minutes

We use Grow for KPIs and Reporting and its very easy to setup and use.

I didn't come across anything negative as of yet.

Since Few Days I am continue using this app is good and they are providing good payment services

I am able to view information about our incentive card usage from a higher level.

I am not able to view information regarding individual incentive card usage.

I love the dashboard, its simple and its also easy to just cut and paste into presentations. It helps us to stay on top of our numbers and KPIs.

As a normal users I feel its sometime s a bit hard to do changes in the dashboard.

Our team has many separate streams of data and Grow helps us bring them together in a meaningful way.

There are some transform and display features that are missing or formatted in a way that is limiting.

The dashboards + visualizations make reporting and analysis of our main KPIs much easier

Dashboards take a while to refresh and update with data sometimes

We enjoy being able to see all our satay very clearly streamlined and optimized in one place!

There really aren’t many negatives, maybe just trying to integrate to other systems as that can be difficult at times.

We are able to share real time data with clients while campaigns are running and they can see multiple platforms at one time.

The graphing capabilities are not as extensive as some of the other software systems. It doesn't pull in visualizations of creative.
