Elorus helps me navigate the complex Greek accounting system by myself, providing all the bridges with the gov services. Easy to setup and use for my limited needs. Will probably take advantage more of the other features over time. All at a fair price.

I would appreciate if they integrated a wizard navigating me safer into which cost centres to pick base don my activities that correspond to the public accounting system...but then again that's what accountants are for.

The amount of features that it offers (recurring invoices, recurring expenses, time tracking etc).

The lack of a safari extension for time tracking and how often you need to reconnect when you are using the user dashboard instead for time tracking.

Ease of setup, knowledge base and support

Sometimes i find the interface a little confusing in some specific pages.

It’s a huge time-saver, especially for freelancers or small businesses like mine, since you don’t have to jump between different apps to get things done.

it can take some time to get familiar with all the options and features

Makes the Greek tax system and bureaucracy easy

I would like Elorus to get all my bank transactions and let me upload receipts and invoices for each transactions, so I can easily export it to my accountant every month

Its connectivity to MYDATA the Greek tax database

It was confusing at first to apply the correct VAT

I can easily check my company’s results. Very easy invoicing through the platform.
It is free for small companies.

I don’t have something to mention as a negative.

I liked the online invoicing (direct communication with official government authorities included) which helped me get rid of manual paper invoicing and mailing of hand-written invoices.

I liked the reporting and keeping track of income/expenses.

Sometimes it is a bit hard to find what you need in the menu. You need to search a lot or go to the help pages.

The lack of ability to delete non-critical invoices (invoices for internal use) is a bit frustrating. Also the lack of ability to issue such invoices (for internal use) out of order. I don't find a reason why not be able to do that. I would like to organize my old invoices (handwritten) into elorus and I am forced to import them one-by-one from the beginning. (I liked to import them month-by-month starting from the most recent month and going back).

The fact that during creating my acount there were some "tutorials" that make me understand software capabilities

Is quite organize and simple to use, conectivity with myDATA is quite good.
Also API documentation was very good

Value for money. The cost of Elorus is very low compared to other tools and compared to the functionality that provides.

Receipt does not support numbering. In Cyprus, the law says that the receipt documents should have a unique number as the invoices. Elorus does not support autoincrement numbering in its documents.

Its interface is clean, its easy to use and the support is amazing!

Although the user experience is good, It could have been a bit more intuitive.

I mainly use Elorus for invoice creation, expense and time tracking. The ease of use, the integration with the government databases is great, and can save yourself a lot of headaches. Special mention to the impeccable customer support. I faced one issue with a couple of invoices and the promptness as well as the level of support was something I have not experienced on any other application of any kind.

While it's not a "con" exactly, I frequently create invoices that are similar to each other, and I would like some form of more advanced (and easier to use) invoice template support.

Its trully free, and is the best for small companies.

Maybe the invoice templating can be improved by adding a WYSIWYG interface

I would like to see more feature regarding product categorization and grouping.

You can start issue invoices in no time. The platform is very easy and full of features. You want need nothing else to monitor your business economics.They have a very good support team also!

I haven't found something. Maybe i would like some more flexible pricing policy for small companies (1 person).

Easy, fast and clever way to make my invoices

Support is really good and fast but only 5/7

The user experience is great. The invoicing procedure is pretty straoght forward and the myData integration is really good as well.

There is really no con in Elorus I can think of.
