I like the fact that unlike other Greek accounting software this program is not clunky. It is very fast and intuitive, has all the basic functions and it even works well on the mobile browser.

The software has been designed for services businesses. Our business is more of a trade & manufacturing business so we need to customize it to make it fit our needs

I really enjoyed using Elorus and found its invoicing features to be particularly impressive. The platform made it easy to create and send professional-looking invoices, and I appreciated how intuitive and user-friendly the overall interface was. Overall, I would definitely recommend Elorus to anyone looking for a streamlined and effective invoicing solution.

It can be a little finicky at times, with occasional glitches or bugs. And while there are a bunch of integrations, the options are a bit limited compared to other invoicing tools out there. Also, some of the fancier features might take a bit of getting used to if you're not super tech-savvy.

Free if you have less than five customers.

Needs some UI redesigning to make processes more streamlined.

It is free to use for a limited number of invoices. I have only a client because my company is like a personal one but I can do all the actions that I need through Elorus. I know that I am not the ideal customer for Elorus but I would recommend it or consider using it because of this experience.

The process was simple so I don't have something specific in mind. The learning curve was the expected one.

You can start issue invoices in no time. The platform is very easy and full of features. You want need nothing else to monitor your business economics.They have a very good support team also!

I haven't found something. Maybe i would like some more flexible pricing policy for small companies (1 person).

Its a good piece of software that allows you to manage and issue your invoices easily. It can work for one person and also scale up to an organization level.

I am waiting the mydata environment to mature and let elorus team take full advantage of it.

Invoicing is flexible, but my descriptions entered via time tracking cannot be shown on the invoice.

Invoice creation gives you a lot of room for maneuver and Elorus lets you take full control over the customization . The program also tracks time ,which is great if you have billable hours ( this doesn't directly apply to my work ,but is still a great feature ) .

Premium is a bit pricey ,however you can add extra users for about 20% of the cost . There is also no mobile version .

The interface of the system, how light the system is and that is a saas, you dont have to download and install any software.

You dont have the option to add numbering on the receipts. I believe a mobile application is a must as i found myself very often on the go.

Not cons, just some features that would make the use of the software easier

- A welcome guide for setting up invoice templates, connections etc.
- Export of expenses to excel on the expenses view along side with attachments, on the actions menu
- Easier method to add expenses (probably email the pdf/image of the receipt to a unique email address per user and automatically create a new expense and add the pdf/image, after that nlp and image recognition could be added on top)
- Ability to hide some menus that a user is not using, hide some widget from the frontpage for a cleaner view.

There is no process Elorus has not thought of. Ideal for growing small business who want to take the accounting headache out of their business.

Can't specify something. The product is perfect for me.

It is quite simple and even when i dealt with an issue, the customer service was almost instant and to the point.

The price considering that I am only using it for invoices and not for simple receipts, but that was my choice. And the disproportion among the packages that you have regarding the customers we can invoice to each one of them.

Also it would be great if in the invoices you could put an extra column next to each product with the VAT as amount not as percentage.

No code samples for Web Api calls. Documentation accurate but not 100%. Not a lot of negative things to say really...

I would like to have more options for formatting and create the invoices forms by more logos etc.

I liked the wide range of services, the overview, the announcements about the unpaid invoices, the reports and statistics, as well as the easiness use when you enter your customers and services at the platform and the professional view of the invoices.

After the addition of 2 customers in the total of 5 customers in the free version, there isn't something I don't like. Maybe it could be an app too. Now the invoicing is made only on the web.
