I have used Homebase for employee scheduling and time tracking for 2 years. It has made the job of keeping track of employee availability, leave of absence, and labor so much easier. So I spend more time on the development of other areas of my work.

Honestly, all the features that I would want are supported by Homebase on different product packages.

It's been a valuable tool for being able to use historical sales data to decide how many employees to schedule on any given day. It helps me budget wages accurately.

Some functionality is clunky with too many steps, occasionally we have problems with the time clock, geolocation doesn't work.

Homebase is very easy to use. Homebase keeps track of requested days off, breaks, and overtime. Able to keep track of applications. Homebase has made my life much easier.

Hmm, Not much. Works pretty well. It is overall pretty great.

I liked that it allows people to take cash advances from their next payments.

I didn’t like that the cash advances were only available for USA banks.

Integrating time cards/house with payroll. best customer service for anyone who provide scheduling and payroll.

Don't know..i dont fully understand all the different plans.

Scheduling and posting jobs was very easy!

Sometimes the app wouldn't show that someone had privately messaged - group chats always showed up though so it was a bit odd

Easy to use and simple to set up. No cost works great

No cost version is limited and doesn't have some important features but I understand it's a stripped down version of the paid version

Its very intuitive and easy to navigate. Online connectivity makes it easy for multiple managers to use it for specific roles.

Homebase "updated" their online scheduling and now its more cumbersome to use - multiple refreshes are necessary to keep up with changes (its frustrating)

I've never had an HR or work app that employees and management unequivocally love ... but Homebase hits the mark for everyone!

Homebase costs us more overall than any other products we've used but it's worth the money.

The "time off" tracking functionality is really basic and not as robust as I wish it was.

I absolutely love how Homebase simplifies scheduling and time tracking. The intuitive interface makes it easy to manage my team's shifts and communicate effectively.

Sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow or glitchy, which can be frustrating when I'm on the go. I also wish there were more customization options for reports.

There is overall cost benefits ratio to ensure affordability without compromising on quality. Provides a curated list of insights which are key to growth. It is easy to use and implement.

I didn't notice any negatives with the tool. Everything is as expected. The ease of use and available features are worth appreciating.

also easer solutions when folks have been on it before and need to sign up again working for us

Relatively easy to use, color coded which is helpful

When you change an employee's shift dept for that day it does not change the color for you.

Get schedule and my hours at work, either on site or on my phone

The scheduling and the timeclock feature.

The shift reminders can be a lot somedays, but I am not sure if I turned that feature off or if it went away. It is no longer a problem.

We have used Homebase for our needs for the last 7 years. There are many features that are nice that we use. The timeclock is the main feature that we use as it allows our team members to clock in and out right from their phones. It also give them how many hours they have worked and how much pay they have made.

The message and schedule feature is hard. The Message feature constantly stops working so our team members dont get the notifications. Also trying to schedule for a month at a time is very hard and it could be easier. I have asked that they make it easier but nothing has changed.

Homebase not only makes employee scheduling easy, it also comes with amazing onboarding features.
Despite offering lots of features, using and understanding Homebase is easy.

Well, Homebase has not disappointed as a business tool.

Easy to use! Excellent customer service. Free for companies under 20 employees.

There really isn't anything I don't like. We only use it for scheduling. We do not do through payroll.
