After donation page should be HTLM editable to allow for creative control. Ability to deploy a thank you video through the donor management system, that would then update through Salesforce (maybe by creating a link to the video?). That would be a big benefit.

The user journey to start donorbox was very well done. The YouTube videos, the Friday live training and the curated email messages as I began the journey. I felt very supported.

They was no proper guide on mode of payment

I recently set up a recurring donation with a nonprofit that uses Donorbox and the system was very intuitive. I now receive monthly emails about my donation, and when I signed in to see the options to manage my account, it could not be easier to do! Awesome platform all around, and everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting on the team have been very kind.

As a user of the platform, I do not have any cons with my Donorbox experience.

Easy for users to pay and checkout, easy to use on the administrative side. We like the ability to customize each campaign, the donation meters, and the ease of downloading lists of donors. It's been particularly helpful for peer-to-peer fundraising: we set up a campaign for each fundraiser, making it possible to customize each fundraiser's goal, donation increments, colors, thank-you notes, everything. It's been a great addition to our website and one we're happy to recommend.

No issues or complaints. Easy to use, easy to implement.

It is very easy to get started. The support team seems to be still “on the human side” and were very keen on answering my questions, fast and friendly.

I really enjoy the informative videos to help with understanding how to set up DonorBox. Also, the customer service I received was superior! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not like the increase in processing fee less than one month after joining without any time to meet the minimum requirement to keep the processing fee I was promised when signing up.

It doesn't integrate with other things that we would like it to, so integrations are a little limited.

Donorbox is simple and intuitive with great instructions to help get setup. One of my favorite things about Donorbox is that I'm able to keep donors on the site, through an embedded Donorbox form. I don't need to send them to a landing page off-site. That's a big deal and keeps donors comfortable finishing the process of giving.

Donorbox is still maturing and some features that I think ought to be built-in, they charge for. Like integrating with an integration software... I have worked with multiple other softwares that simply allow integration, and none of them charge, including other donation platforms.

The dashboard is easy to navigate and setup, even for the non-technical among us. The included code snippets make adding donation buttons to your website quickly. I've been using Donorbox since 2016 and always recommend them to all my clients.

There is not much to not like about Donorbox. I've not encountered any issue that was not resolved in shorty order. The customer service is outstanding.

This products is very easy to implement. We've got it ready in a few hours. It is easy to use, adjustable to your specific requirements. Connected to Stripe Payments nonprofit as we are can get a deduction of fees which makes it more attractive. We have integrated it in our Weebly website as our own page so people do not even notice we use Donorbox. It has all the features we need as a nonprofit trust and even more than we use.

One thing we would really like to see as a new feature: the possibility to have check boxes for choosing goals and give visitors the option to give money for each goal. Currently a visitor can only pick one goal and donate for that goal.
