Simplicity, easy to find info, automation, integration with other software

I wish I could choose more than just paying client to receive some info I send out.

Ability to categorise clients into different pipeline stages and send out emails to each one.

Would be nice to use the pipeline stage as an out-bound email broadcast option rather than having to use labels.

I really like the customizability, and the amount of features offered. Pipeline is great, calendar is great, statistics/analytics that we can see is amazing

Sometimes it feels a bit rigid, and would like a bit more customizability. Also if more things were in the API this would be useful, I know you cannot add labels through the API so if the API was fully open this would be helpful in allowing companies have more customizability

It has nearly all of the features required to run a tutoring business and has helpful tutorials that I can send to clients and tutors, instead of spending time explaining to them how to use it.

Lots of bugs when trying to login. I and my tutors encounter these regularly. I have highlighted these to the admins but they don't seem to think there is an issue. The fees and Stripe Split payments system is very expensive and is too slow to release funds. Tutors are not happy that they have to wait 7 working days to get paid.

I have been using Tutorcruncher for 3 years and it provides a great solution for my business. It helps me to schedule and manage my team and clients and the general running of my business. The team are really responsive to queries.

There are some features that can be 'clunky' for example, the ability to integrate it with other apps to automate my operations. The payment is also problematic as it isn't always clear on the invoicing what the costs are for, meaning some confusion for my accountant.

I love the transpareny on what is and is not possible. There's too much overpromising in the software space. What it can do, it does the best.

There are some functions, like auto compatibility to outside websites that we have been able to manage through third party vendors, but it would be better if everything was in house.

Tailored to UK regulations and fairly flexible. Can be customised to suit your needs. Does everything you need it to manage a tuition business

Business analytics functions are severely lacking. They've supposedly been "in progress" since we started using Tutorcruncher 4 years ago and still nothing has changed

The support you receive is outstanding- you message and they get back to you with step by step instructions on how they can support.

It can be a little tricky at first but they are there to answer questions.

Customization and Scalability: Highly customizable, allowing us to tailor the specific tutoring needs.

Limited Customization for Advanced Needs:There may be limitations when it comes to advanced or highly specific requirements. Some of the requirements can't be set to the platform.

Technical problem: There is maintenance when I use the platform, sometimes is disturbs my work and I need to wait until maintenance has finished.

I would have to employ an administrative person and train them if I didn't have Tutorcruncher. It is more reliable too I expect!

It would be great to have an app rather than me signing in via Google on my phone. It's great on my PC but an app on the mobile would help.

Very quick and easy to use with extensive help library. Tutors find found it simple to use, even those are not tech savvy. Queries are dealt with promptly by a very helpful team.

I do not have any major criticisms about TutorCruncher.

I find TutorCruncher to be very organized and user friendly.

Occasionally it has been challenging to get the answers needed through chat.

It is very user-friendly and easy for administrators, tutors, students and clients to use.

Some of the functions can be a little clunky and slow. Also, at times it can be confusing how there are a few different ways to do the same task.

It has everything in one place! Saves me from hours of admin in the long run. The priority support chat is also very useful and has detailed and speedy responses. I also love the automated emails and split payments feature!

Lack of flexibility in custom fields e.g. custom institutions (not just educational ones) when creating a tutor's profile, and not being able to get rid of the 'other' category when creating subjects (i.e. it'd be ideal to create new subjects without it having to fall in this category!)

I love the auto invoicing and the lesson reports option. It’s an amazing product.

Customer service and lack of training. The time difference between the US and the UK makes it difficult to get an immediate answer.

Easy to use the tools, high uptime and able to manage most of my workflow.

Occasionally clunky, missing some functionality in the detail of certain workflows, and quite expensive.

We are not using the full functionality, but what we do use works well for our needs.

We cannot do the payments through TutorCruncher. This is not your fault, as our organization insists we use Shopify for invoicing. It just causes a lot of extra work for us. :-(

I enjoy that it helps us better keep track of the flow of money,
It allows me to see the tutor calendars at a glance or specifically for each,
It's a one stop place to capture student and tutor details

It took some time to get used to the functions especially with the flow of invoicing and who sets what. Also they don't have the ability for parents to pay for a set number of sessions ahead of time through the agency side,

It works well.
It is very well designed for what we do as a business.

Not having a mobile app is incredibly irritating. The addition of one would make a huge difference.
Additionally, I would love to be able to customise more, particularly for the client and tutor accounts. There is too much information I don't need and then things I absolutely do need.

I could not run the business without it. Makes client management and payments seamless.

It is not always intuitive on how to use and requires a bit of navigating.
