I like the fact you can very quickly have a signature up and running and applied to all users very quickly to get your started. As you become more familiar with the product its very easy to add more signatures and more complicated signatures to really stand out and collect customer feedback if needed.

Applying different signatures to different shared mailboxes doesn't quite work as we want with displaying them in the outlook client, however it does display them correct when leaving the org and applying to emails

I preferred the old version as it was simpler to use and visually better. The new version is harder to navigate and sore on the eyes.

Visually it is harder to navigate and the side options are not clear and harder to navigate

We use Exclaimer as Signature Manager for us. It is really easy to manage all signatures and to create them.

We did need the help of our IT colleagues, because for the inital configuration there has to be done something in the mailflow.

Exclaimer is great as it enables us to deploy consistent signatures on brand to all our team irrespective of which device or app their emails are sent through.

The signature creature tool builder could be a little better, sometimes it feels a little clunky.

Great editor to manage the design of signatures and an easy way to apply certain signatures to certain staff members.

Specifically, we were disappointed that no support to handle outlook dark mode has been added yet. This is very common now and our signatures do not look great in dark mode due to the lack of ability to lock background colours. We were also disappointed not to see the ability to have a border radius on box's. Something supported by CSS for years but not by exclaimer.

Signatures are easy to create and deploy.

There is no clear instruction on which option you should use the local client or the outlook plug-in. I needed to have a support case open because of a fetch data error to find out that your company prefers the plugin over the local client.The new admin portal is not as user friendly as the old portal

I've used Exclaimer across my last 3 roles. I recommended it specifically in the last 2 due to the ease of use, consistency and professionalism of the signatures. Having the professional signature when sending emails from mobiles and web-based email is critical and Exclaimer achieves this flawlessly.Having group specific signatures and being able to schedule updated ones is brilliant.

There is nothing I dislike about it.

Easy to use software, nice tool to design the signatures

The fields you can use in your signatures are restricted to standard fields like name, street etc. You cannot use user defined attributes from the AAD

It is easy to use. It has a centyralized management and it's integration with Active Directory.

Its price is a bit expensive. It has limited design options. No mobile app

The product works great, signatures are very customizable, seems to work flawlessly with no end user issues. Only required improvement would be an outlook mobile add-on allowing end users to see their signatures rather than tagged on the way out.

Generally the product is good but when there is an issue which lets exclaimer down is when you require support, very rarely does someone answer the phone, told you have x minutes wait then after that period it goes to voicemail which when you leave details, nobody call's back. Logging a ticket via the portal works fine but very slow to get any response, support seriously needs improving.

Creates a good, standardized signature that we apply across the enterprise

Analytics re-writes url's in your signature, to track the clicks, which I understand, but I can't enable/disable this myself, and have to open a ticket to manage. The url's being re-written, cause some of our email to be blocked as SPAM by some email hygiene providers, so the feature isn't useful, only harmful

Simple, straightforward to use, and once setup, works every time perfectly

When building the signature, in the design/ editing interface, sometimes would not display as hoped, and image may be slightly misaligned, but is fixable with little extra time

How you can really personalize your e-mail signatures and manage it for the whole team.

Not the most easy program to learn, needed some help from our IT person to help install everything correctly. But once you have it figured out en set up it all works great! :) A real bonus to having a professional signature for our organisation that looks the same for all of our team members.

Has resulted in consistent marketing accross the business and consistency of disclaimer and works when replying from email on phones.

Does mean staff can personalise their email signature

The management portal was easy to use and had a lot of features to setup the signatures.

What we didn't like was that there was no ability to import a HTML signature in Exclaimer.

Superb product which is easy to deploy across multiple platforms on O365 and creates a professional branding for your business.

The minimum users being set to 10 when there is only one employee of the company is frustrating. I feel like I’m paying for 90% I’m not using.

Exclaimer is a great product to streamline all staff email signatures.
