Meu único ponto negativo é a questão do valor, pois como somos de outro País quando convertido em nossaa moeda fica muito alto.

Altas possibilidades de empreender e desenvolver.

Valores dependendo do que o cliente deseja.

A boa conexão bancária, facilidade nas transações.

nada de mais tirando o custo beneficio...

O uso do programa no computador e no celular.

Custo elevado para adquirir. Estas plataformas trazem muitos benefícios para estabelecimentos que necessitam de um controle rígido de estoque e gerenciamento do mesmo, sendo assim, poderia ter um baixo custo para dar oportunidade de uso para pequenas empresas.

A primeira impressão que tive foi muito positiva quando mesmo antes de precisar me cadastrar para obter acesso ao programa, tive a opção de fazer uma demonstração gratuita de como seria ter como suporte o programa Xero para minha empresa. Muito bem construído, com um sistema bem organizado e que funciona corretamente, tanto pelo desktop quanto pelo aplicativo.

É uma crítica necessária que faz diferença à quem procura um programa de gerenciamento. Sabemos que cuidar da parte financeira e de outras coisas mais de uma empresa, mesmo que seja pequena, é um grande trabalho, e isso pode se tornar mais desafiador quando não encontramos suporte para nosso próprio idioma, e é essa minha crítica ao Xero, a falta de opção para meu idioma.

The support is very basic and no real solutions are provided. If you have an issue with Xero - you are on your own!!!!

Xero has got very good set of features and it is considered a market leader with regards to online bookkeeping software.

Xero is slow to listen to their customers feedback and often prioritizes other work and development rather than the features most required.

Xero automates over 78% of manual repetitive accounting tasks such as AP,AR and GL which saves time and improve productivity leading to high performance and ROI.

The back-up reporting on the previous version wasn’t easy to filter - kudos to the vendor for updating it.

I use Xero on few selected moments mainly through mobile application when on the go. I like that it automates repetitive accounting tasks.

Unfortunately, Xero mobile application does not allocate all features available on mobile apps.

While Xero has made significant product improvements, they haven't made the minor adjustments the user community has requested - specifically adding more custom text tracking fields. Xero comes with two, and most users find five or 10 would be beneficial. Also, Xero has not rolled out all of the updated pages on the web version. For example, the updated Accounts Payable pages were available months ago, while Accounts Receivable still shows the older pages. Not a showstopper, but a uniform look across all pages would be great.

The memory of how good it used to be, and the lessons learned now.

New changes are force-fed to customers whilst still in beta or alpha, with no opt-out
Prices have gone up repeatedly
Features used everyday have been removed
The new user interface is bloated and requires more work
Keyboard shortcuts/entry have been removed
Support don't seem to care and just give canned responses
The interface just gets laggier every month

Xero mobile application though lack some capabilities available on cloud apps.

I slightly dislike that Xero lack features for global enterprises. However, ai integrate with external CRM and ERP platforms.
