Adorei a parte de fazer testes reais em dispositivos físicos e a grande quantidade de aparelho e notebooks.

Na assinatura mais barata não instala vpn.

A forma de executar os testes em diferentes aparelhos usando ferramentas como Appium e frameworks de automação é muito fácil e rápida, além disso na hora de acompanhar as execuções é muito fácil também. As diversas opções de aparelhos disponiveis facilita muito o teste de compatibilidade e versão do SO.

A funcionalidade de mapear os elementos é bem ruim, fora que é somente na versão mais cara que está disponível, existem hoje no mercado ferramentas melhores e que são gratuitas. Além disso os logs de execução são simples demais e não mostram tantos detalhes importantes.

Accessibility, features, support. Great service, does what we needed. After exploring other options for live testing apps on varied devices, BrowserStack was the clear winner.

Pricing a little high for this service, but we only used limited features. Would be nice to have pay-as-you go for app testing services rather than monthly subscription.

I would like the team to work on APP Performance Testing which can share App metrics(Device metrics like memory, cpu, battery etc) along with ui rendering time and api response times.

It's very easy to invite team members to the account to allow us to keep the flow of development and testing going in various browsers in both macOS and Windows.

We have 5 licenses, however 1 is always reserved for the account holder and 1 is always reserved for the admin. These 2 people rarely use this, so we really only have 3 usable licenses to share.

Its very User Friendly. We can use all Current Windows and Mac OS with so many combination of resolution. And mostly all majorly used iOS and Android devices also available. Bug Raising we can take Screenshot and inbuild we can raise issues.

Some of the Features are not available in Browser Stack like Drag and Drop Functionality for Devices, Some of the Pointer functionality will not work in Browserstack.

It is a perfect application for web application testing. It has so many options. It is a one place solution.

Mobile application testing is little challenging as sometimes it is working perfectly on BrowserStack but not on real device. Also 2nd con what I observed is the pricing which is bit higher side.

It is a very mature system with a lot of powerful features.

Due to the age of the architecture, there are performance issues. And the approach requiring multiple IP addresses which needed to be white listed, and constantly changed were a major nuisance.

I have been utilizing Browserstack for the past four years and have been consistently impressed with the comprehensive suite of modules it offers. The Live module, in particular, has proven to be an invaluable asset, enabling me to effectively address my clients' needs. Furthermore, the robust security measures implemented by Browserstack instill confidence in my clients, ensuring the utmost privacy and protection of sensitive data.

I have not yet identified any vulnerabilities yet.

It's extremely easy to use, has variety of features, and most importantly almost all existing devices.

It would be an awesome adition if we could also get several instances of Linux OS.

Working as a developer at a large retailer, I use Browserstack almost daily to test our website changes (internal and external) across a wide range of devices. Browserstack is particularly useful compared to competitors because it has the widest range of actual devices (physical, not emulators), including many older devices.

Dev tools occasionally act strangely on iOS devices, cutting off elements in the Elements panel for example.

Easy to use, fast and excellent customer service. The QA, Dev, Product and UX teams all like this tool.

Not really anything, however it would be great to have an ability to choose a trial when needed and pause rather than a defined 1 week window.

1. We can able to enable the Developer tools to observe the failures in network calls.
For example: I am launching the web URL in Safari/Chrome Browser and for some reason, if it is getting failed means there I can able to enable the Developer tools and able to verify the failure calls.

2. We can able to do local testing by installing BrowserStackLocal.msi. There we can test our web applications in local also. I personally love this feature.

3. We can also do Accessibility testing. I have did this and it is working as expected.

4. We can able to do Selenium automation for browser validations. It gives confident to both QA and Dev about the application stability and also we can ensure that all functionalities are working fine as we do testing in REAL devices.

1. Sometimes we can slowness and rendering while we do testing.
2. I found some some difficulties in setting up the local setup while testing.

It provides very accurate results as compared to real devices and is usable.

No cons felt till the date and highly recommended to everyone.

Increasing our device coverage as there are a lot of devices available which are mostly used by our customers , so we don't have to buy physical devices for our team anymore

What I like is to be able to realize my QA testing in mutiple devices and different versions etc without having a hard time to get physical devices to do it, so Browserstack helps me a lot!
