I love the simplicity of the GMass tool. I integrate with my database of members to be able to share regular communication at the click of a button.

Nothing. It's a simple product that packs a punch.

The ease of use and personalization. We use it on a daily basis and can send numerous campaign emails.

Not finding it sooner. There was tools we used before but this has all the bells and whistles we need.

The program works ok. I realized that I'm basically double paying for mass email and GMass felt like it clogged my inbox. It works for plain text emails, however I didn't really find much other benefit personally. And, I regret spending the money on it. Other people have found it really useful and leaving high reviews. I'm just feeling I could have done without it.

The customer service is awful and the website is a little bit of a run around to find your help/support answers. There is no chat function on the site nor a way to contact them. I didn't realize my subscription was still going until I got a card ping today. I immediately canceled the account and went to find customer service to ask them to stop payment since. In order to get a refund, I had to search the site. Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend GMass.

I like that it integrates with GMail, which my company already uses for almost everything. And it saves me so much time personalizing emails!

A bit of a learning curve right at first (I'm not super tech-savvy)

My favorite features are: the ability to read spreadsheets, the ability to verify emails before sending and its follow up features.

Would love if it had more analytics capability or could do more CRM tracking. But overall its really a fantastic tool.

Price is pretty low, I was using a tool that was doing the same thing for 5 times the price.

While I have used several CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact, GMass has simplified the process to keep everything within your gmail platform. I started out with the free trial and switched over to the payed version, because the product works...and works well at that! I loved the simplicity of the reporting and follow up features. I would not think twice about using this product!

The templates sometimes glitched, but it was nothing that pausing the campaign couldnt fix!

Very affordable. Very easy to use. Like that it's almost exactly like using Gmail.

Doesn't have indefinite email opens tracking by subscriber which is important for my business. Must use a secondary service if sending more than 2000 emails per day.

GMass has a simples dashboard and since it's very well integrated into Gmail. After a few days tweaking the product and reading the docs I was able to use it to my full advantage.

I think it should have more automation features but I might be wrong since it's only been two weeks I'm using the product. And I think there's more to come!

It is easy to use but it has a lot of functions that make the communications seem natural. I like the spreadsheet connecting feature...it make life easier.

I wonder about deliverability and if you aren't careful you can put your gmail account in a tough spot with the number of emails you send.

Gmass is my number one recommendation tool for bulk email marketing. I've always been a great fan of Google's products because they're worthy of trust and truly convert.

We've used a few other similar tools in the past but Gmass outbeats them.

Our company does a lot of phone calls and from experience, not every deal is closed on the first 2 calls. For clients who may not have time to talk on the phone, I offer options to either get in touch via email or maybe by call later in the day.

But most often, reaching out via email is always the best and most effective means to sell our services to them. With more than 700 phone calls per day, reaching out one by one to clients can be very stressful and that's why we use Gmass.

It lets us send bulk email campaigns inside Gmail with just one click. I like and recommend it because it supports automation, boosts email deliverability, and allows us to do lots of testing before sending the emails out.

I'm not responsible for making purchase decisions in my company but, I think it's also very expensive- let's analyze this from an individual perspective, a marketer who's just getting started (probably with a little, limited, or no budget) would have lots of hassles buying this service.

Gmass is powered and backed by the world's first and best search engine and it's a more reason why it should be affordable.

I have been using Gmass since last few years and it made my job really easy. Being a marketer it helps me alot to promote my product without wasting time on sending it one by one to each clients. I recommend this to everybody.

I like everything about GMASS. I like GMASS

It takes time to establish connections and GMASS makes it a lot easier. Also, I only send out personal connection emails - no newsletters or advertising - so I don't want any advertising from the sending company. I also don't need an unsubsribe button - that looks rediculous - I only reply if I get an email back.

As I understand, GMASS has access to all my Google Sheets - so I cleared everything out for security.

There’s nothing to dislike about GMass—it’s straightforward and effective. It does exactly what it promises without any fuss. Couldn’t find a single downside to it!

You set up the auto follow up emails once and then it automatically sends the emails

it is a little bit expensive for new marketers

It is really easy to use. I do a lot of work from Google Sheets and being able to link that to my email marketing without the need for an API is a game changer for me and my team.

It's very different to it's competitors so took a little while to get used to, but I was over that within a week.

Saves time and you can write multiple people with multiple different details - all using a simple sheet. You can also track the openings and it's nice that it is all in Gmail.

Sometimes it doesn't go through to people and is blocked.

Gmass is so simple and easy to use. I like that it allows me to work within Gmail, and it's much quicker for one-off mass emails than other platforms like Klayvio. Definitely recommend!
