Again, we need to differ between glassdoor for employers, and for jobseekers. I use glassdoor when searching for a job, and found both the uploading process (cv etc.) and reviews very helpful. I read reviews as a standard procedure even when dealing with clients- I love people, and working with them, so an abundance of bad reviews is a bad sign- and I like to be prepared.

Nothing really comes to mind. I think it is great the way it is.

I like the way they organize the website structure, its good and straight forward. Plus, they provide some good features like salaries and companies reviews.

I start feeling that a lot of their vacancies are not real. Its impossible to apply for hundreds of jobs that matching 100% my skills and experience without even being called from the employer!

But, I can't blame glassdoor. It may be a fake position from the employer himself.

I really enjoy the anonymity of sharing information about companies. You're also not required to have an account to find the information you're looking for.

There's very little to say here except that maybe the application process isn't as intuitive as it could be.

I like how many jobs are featured. I like how the wage is posted in the email alerts.

Sometimes it has a server issue and once in year we have give review for the organization then only it will work

Sometimes Glassdoor is not working correctly, and the signup process is long and complicated. We have to signup then only we can use the glassdoor

Glassdoor is very easy to navigate and it gives me assistance in finding candidates for my job!

I have not run into any negative things to say.

It 8s easy to search for jobs by category and by location

I think the site need to block spam job postings that are usually posted on the site and equally block fraudulent job posters

The organization could be improved to make it simpler

I like being able to read overviews about competing companies, my clients, or companies where I sent applications to.

I don't like the fact that I have to sign up and give my personal details to read reviews of other companies.

The user experience is excellent and the reviews are genuine which were written by the employees of the respective company.

I like the most the fact that I can see interviews, job posting, salary informations and company reviews for different companies on the app, allowing the candidate to kind of filter during the job hunting process.

The candidate profile could be improved allowing the user to add more informations about himself.

I like that Glassdoor has a large amount of job postings.

I don’t like that whenever I apply to a job, Glassdoor sets up an email notification to be sent to me with daily open jobs in the location where I just applied. It’s too much.

the most I liked about this software is that you can check up the average salaries for such a job, I kinda use it as an indicator of whether I'm getting scammed with job offers or not because its based on real people reporting which I love

the way that you apply to jobs & filling everything always is annoying, they should be more like Indeed with their prefilled from your profile

Glassdoor often gives a great insight into what to expect from working with a company - in day to day internal works, expectations and salary. If used correctly, it can help forge decisions and help employees understand if they are the right fit. It can also be used to hold employers accountable for maintaining a good working experience. The platform works well and is simple.

I think it is often used incorrectly and therefore used to manipulate. Often, employers will prompt for employees to leave a review whilst they are working for them or only a few months into their position which somewhat forces them to leave overly positive reviews through fear of backlash. Especially for smaller companies, it is easy to tell who has left a negative review from the job title they have specified. Employers will often try to hide negative reviews by getting employees to leave multiple positive reviews after a negative. You have to be signed in to do most things and mobile has a lot of popups.

It's so widely used that you know you will get at least some ROI from it.

Because it's now tied to Indeed, when one system has an error, the other will as well.

Glassdoor provides a better interface with ai features for both, employers and applicant. It is contained with all required information points, you have to complete your profiles with real data. It is better at some points compare to LinkedIn.

Employers cant post job directly, if it is true,not liked in my opinion.

With the emergence of websites such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc. there are many opportunities out there for candidate matching that are more popular. I think the exclusive use of those websites allow job search and resume submission to be focused and isolated, making it easier to use for that purpose.

There are lot. Good way to apply jobs with a lot of information about the company, salary estimations, the interview questions and a lot. It gives the information how the job is divided and how the salary is ranging for a particular job. People applied for job and people who got a job will be posting sample interview questions and answers which is of very help when attending an interview.

nothing as of such can make the phone application better as it is a bit lag in the phone application.

This Software is very is useful to everyone to find out the company before we go in, It show some true about the company facilities.

Sometimes few reviews are looking doubt full way and old reviews are there to confuse their current structure.
