It facilitates collaboration and information sharing between workers engaged in various stages of product creation. Incredibly user-friendly, it allows you to effortlessly monitor how much time is spent on each activity across all projects. I like that data may be recorded automatically and that I can keep a record of my progress.
Vantagens
It's a fantastic medium for sharing information about ongoing projects and their respective stages of development. Time changes are easy to implement, and the status of each process may be viewed and updated as needed.
Desvantagens
After a project has been authorized, I'd like to see whether there's any way to make minor changes to it. I'd like to revise the project's timetable and timeline in the event that my supervisor is unavailable to do so.

My boss can see that I am super productive, not only from compiling statistics, but also because she is notified as I complete tasks.
Vantagens
We use a general project template and that helps me remember to do all the small, "finishing up" tasks.
Desvantagens
I wish I could adjust the column widths on the "My Assignments" page. Only about 17 letters of the project names are visible, and I need to see more than that because most of our projects start out with a similar string of letters and numbers (the date, the campus, the college, etc). I end up using the Dashboard instead, which show s ALL my tasks, not just the ones I'm working on. The second column in My Assignments isn't useful to me, so if it could be customized so I could get rid of it (or move it to the third spot, since it doesn't matter if I can't see the whole word), that would be helpful.

Birdview has greatly simplified my time tracking and project progress. I spend a lot less time pulling together my time spent and goals achieved from my old system of handwritten post-its all over my monitor.
Vantagens
I like being able to see at a glance the time I've dedicated to a given project. I also appreciate how easy it is to log that time.
Desvantagens
It can occasionally be frustrating to balance too many vs not enough project categories to properly capture all the work effort I use on various projects.

Great product with tons of customization.

Vantagens
We love that each of our team has the ability to have a different view, so that way they see only what is important to them. Plus, we can see everyone's progress without having to bug them.
Desvantagens
Although very small, the UI is a little outdated. Could definitely benefit from some more colours!

Its ease of use. No one likes time recording/writing. Birdview makes it simple and easy to do. I also like the feature to rollover your time data every week.

Vantagens
I like being able to add in tasks and projects and see everything in an organized manner. I like being able to enter data and information to keep the owners and stakeholders aware of what is going on with the projects and tasks.
Desvantagens
I think the entering of tasks/projects hours is a little cumbersome and could use some tweaking to help make that entering a faster experience. Also I think the reports and data could also be enhanced to be able to manipulate the reports and information in ways we need to share out to stakeholders and team leads.

Vantagens
It's cool and user-friendly. I would say the USER INTERFACE or I think its called CSS.
Keep in mind this review is done by someone who used to code back in 2016 but took engineering as Plan B.
Desvantagens
The tracking of projects is limited to time/ cash. We need AI to help us find more money to make from clients aka marketing or outreach companies. I DONT MAKE MONEY on projects - full-time person making less than 70k before tax lol. Dont sue me bro.

The key features that have truly helped me on a daily basis include project planning, task and time estimation, resource planning, progress tracking, and budget analysis. Having all these functionalities in one platform is extremely handy and saves me a lot of time and effort. Birdview PSA has become an invaluable tool that streamlines my work and makes project management a breeze. It's been incredibly helpful in keeping everything organized and ensuring smooth execution of my projects.
Vantagens
This platform has truly revolutionized the way I handle projects in the most professional and user-friendly way. What sets Birdview PSA apart is its seamless setup process. Adding project tasks and assigning team members is a breeze, and the intuitive interface makes it a easy to navigate. It provides comprehensive project status and with just a glance, I can quickly assess progress, identify any roadblocks, and keep things on track with ease. One feature that has been an absolute game-changer is the time estimates and actuals functionality. Vantagens
I really love that Easy Project has multiple choices for the project view, which every user can choose the project landscape view that they want. Each of the task are accompanied by the task progress percent or tracker, thus making the process in tracking our project accomplishment percent is very easy.
Desvantagens
I would really love if they make changes and updating the system so that user experience with this software could improve. For now, the communication platform, like the private message is still quite lacking in the feature, there are no notification that we can see if the recipient has read our message or not.

What I liked most about Birdview are its comprehensive project management features, which include task tracking, resource allocation, and timeline management. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate without a steep learning curve. Additionally, the advanced analytics and reporting tools are powerful, helping to track progress and make data-driven decisions. I also appreciate the collaboration tools that support real-time updates, shared workspaces, and communication, enhancing teamwork and productivity. The customization options allow for tailored dashboards, workflows, and reporting. Finally, its integration capabilities with other commonly used tools and software make it even more functional and easy to use. Overall, Birdview significantly improves project visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.
Desvantagens
What I liked least about Birdview is that its extensive features can sometimes be overwhelming for new users, requiring a bit of time to get fully acquainted with the platform. Additionally, while the customization options are great, setting them up initially can be time-consuming. There were occasional performance issues when handling very large projects, which could slow down the workflow. Also, the integration with some less common tools wasn’t as seamless as with the more popular ones, which required additional workarounds. Finally, although the analytics and reporting tools are powerful, they can be complex to configure correctly without some initial training.

The accountability of each person on the projects has significantly improved for my job functions. I found that it is easier to keep track of tasks/projects without spending too much time hunting them down. You can see what tasks you're waiting on.
Vantagens
I like how easy it is to jump between projects and tasks. I also like how the tasks are set up under each project, showing you any dependencies you may need to keep in mind. I rarely use the gant view to see timelines, but I like the idea of it being there.
Desvantagens
The user experience could use some improving. It would be nice to see some more details on the projects that applies specifically to your department or business. I would also like to see a better messaging interface.
It is also frustrating to try and find past projects that have been worked on-
Often times I will search a project by the number its titled, and it never shows up in the search function.
The searching for projects is the most frustrating part of the software.

Over experience is positive. User-friendly, global overview of multiple ongoing projects helps with gauging capacity and utilizability, and can go back for reference and edit if need be (flexible usage).
Vantagens
Birdview is user-friendly. You can track multiple projects which can be broken into sub-projects/tasks. You can enter as you go, adjust post-hoc, and it saves automatically, so it's flexible in terms of each own's desired frequency of use. I also appreciate the calendar feature when tracking hours to flag which days meet quota (green) or are under (yellow) / over (red).
Desvantagens
All existing and pre-existing projects remain in the dropdown when selecting which project to track. If there was a way to hide some, it would be easier / more efficient to navigate through them. If you want to remove hours from a project, you cannot completely; it forces you to retain at least 0:01hrs (i.e. 1 min) - would just be cleaner if one could override this feature.

It revolutionize the way we work, able to pin point our operating costs, identify employees that had difficulties, speed up our delivery time, able to analyse in depth multiple data point such as geographic of our clients, type of projects, sectors of activities, major suppliers, powerful CRM and audit project audit trail.
Vantagens
Jame pack with features and able to customize with your operation. It only took 4hrs of training for our staff and about 2 months of transition phase, and now we are very fluent in the use and would not be able to work without it.
Desvantagens
You can easily erase data, but is user right manageable, no backup, vacation module does not have request or approval, financial calculates internal cost (exact cost of the employee salary) but does not have an option to calculate the actual cost of the project with the hourly charging rate (i.e. 5hr @100$/hr vs 35$/hr for the salary). Lastly, you cannot easily adjust the size of the fields.

Vantagens
Easy Projects is very flexible. We began using the software focused on the work process between two specific divisions. Upon learning of the success among these teams, more divisions expressed interest and are currently being onboarded. Although their work process needs are completely unique and require individualized approaches to ensure success, this software has proven that it can expand and adapt as needed. Your imagination is the only limit with this product!
Desvantagens
Although minor, there are still some areas that would ideally be changed to work better for our needs as a company. However, these particular areas can't be personalized yet so we have had to adapt our processes to fit the product. These areas have not hindered our work but I do look forward to the day when they can customize all features to the specific client accounts.

accountability between project managers and our creative staff. managed expectations with regards to budget and deadlines. Also helped with our ROI with certain clients where we have to charge per hour ( we are large in house marketing department who have not had to charge out).
The budgeting platform and invoice collection has bee so easy to manage and understand.
Vantagens
Extemly user friendly but more important the support and admin staff there have almost become family, helping us customize and work through our many growing pains of adding more and more divisions. Lots of custom work done on our behalf for a really personalized product.
Right now I feel we have only had positive experiences Even at times of connective glitches, they are dealt with right away and never last long enough to affect our workflow. They have become real partners in our work day.

I really enjoy using Easy Projects. It's an easy and efficient way to keep track of tasks for our clients, track time to accurately bill and quote projects. Messaging back and forth with other departments on the same assignment is much easier than filtering through a slew of emails. It's a great way to stay organized and know what needs to be accomplished.
Vantagens
Easy to use. Great way to organize tasks and assignments. Essentially one platform to capture all information regarding our clients. Messaging back and forth between employees, other departments.
Desvantagens
Navigation is a little difficult at first. Multiple filters and options can cause confusion if not used properly.

Vantagens
Good features for the price. Nice interface if you manage projects under waterfall methodology, with a good control of project's status, and multipel options to characterize a projetc in terms of cost and resource allocation. Good interface to check your teams' assigments individually.
Desvantagens
Workload input is painful - as tasks comes out inside a combo selector, making very hard to find the right one.
The BOARD view at the Activity Center is not usable for Agile teams, as it stays connected to the original waterfall order of tasks, and when reassigning priorities at any column (ie, moving a task / card to the top of the column), it changes the order of tasks within the waterfall project

Vantagens
I like this because it makes it easy to keep track of the progress of projects. I recently discovered the timer and love it! Until then, I would write down my start and stop times. The timer has eliminated the need to do this. I feel there is much more to discover, with this software, than what we have used so far.
Desvantagens
They keep moving things around. Early in 2018 you went to one place to access a particular project and later in 2018 they changed it to another place. I just a User but did not see the necessity of this move.

The project load our team has limits the views we can use. Currently we only use Activity Center (not Gant, Board or Calendar)
