A parte que mais gosta é dos insights dos e-mails enviados. O dashboard com as informações do envio é bem completo e ajuda os usuários a visualizar se as iniciativas estão dando certo e a trabalhar possíveis melhorias.

Acredito que a interface possa melhorar para garantir uma boa experiência ao usuário. A parte de segmentação de grupos e contatos também é um pouco complicada, mas nada que impossibilite o uso.

SendGrid is incredibly simple to use. Its ease in usability makes working with team members who are not as tech savvy, incredibly helpful. This lets more folks take on the initiative to use the platform, over having one person who really knows how to use it.

The contact limit. When downloading large contact sizes, you have to be really careful about doubling up on contacts, or erasing the file but not the contacts which has been confusing for me

Really easy to setup and integrate into our existing application and user flow. We've never had an issue with our SendGrid e-mail service, and has been incredibly reliable. Easy to track on the dashboard and analyse open rate.

Gets a little expensive on mass, but compared with others it's still reasonable.

Simple to use and from what we've seen, great deliverability for our customer communications.

Had a little complication getting setup (mixture of sendgrid account vs twilio), but thier support helped me sort it out.

SendGrid makes setting up workaround SMTPs easy.

It lacks a bit of flexibility from a design stand point but makes up for in intuitiveness.

The best part of SendGrid is its option of adding contacts directly with CSV files and easy integration with MoEngage. The pricing is also affordable for high volume email-sending and transactional communication.

The promotional plans of SendGrid are priced much on the higher side. Moreover, customisation of Unsubscribe option is not available, for instance we wanted to add a Unsubscribe footer with images and GIFs as a standard for emails but that was not available.

I love the visual editor - it makes putting together email campaigns quite simple. Being able to edit both desktop and mobile independently is always a plus. I love that it integrates with our Salon booking system - Envision.

Current limitations placed on Envision/SendGrid integration is only 5000 emails per location. We would love to increase but were told we are not able to. Also, unable to view campaign statics with the integrated platform.

Sendgrid is fantastic, it is easy to setup, it works well, it sends emails securely and avoids spam filters, it allows for in-depth reporting and logs of emails on the rare occasion they need to be reviewed because an email has not been delivered.We recommend this for all of our eCommerce customers and use it ourselves, we couldn't be happier.

Previously it was hard to manage several customers under one login which was frustrating, but Sendgrid listened to the requests for this feature and implemented it a few years back, we are delighted with the product

Improving Sendgrid's User Experience
While Sendgrid is a decent email service provider, it could offer a more intuitive user interface. Additionally, template management could be improved to make it easier to connect with others. Compared to its competitors, Sendgrid's editor could also use some work to make it more user-friendly.

They provide and amazing option to sending transactional emails where other CRM/Marketing options don't.

Some api improvements could be made but overall works well.

Quite simple to use which can sometimes lead to limitations

I had several problems in sending due to differences in the database. the planning of the campaigns is non-existent within this tool.

- Form customization and tags applied to contacts;
- Easy integration with Hubspot and API that enables you to sync data in an instant between tools;
- Easy to build marketing campaigns

- The pricing can be a a blocker for more small sized companies

It is a great all in one tool for sending emails in bulk

The dedicated IP address is only available on the Silver or higher tied

Decently straightforward set up documentation and successful implementation

The support was very hit or miss, and usually a miss. It seems like they bring on a lot of folks who have no experience with email, so getting an answer outside of what is on their scripted responses can be challenging.

The analytics tools was the best aspect of our use of SendGrid.

It is constantly buggy. Contact lists don't always load in. Email drafts don't always save, resulting in loss time and effort.

Easy to understand and operate. In other words, adaptability. Oh, great customer support team too by the way!

Crashes quiet frequently. Contact edit details doesn't get saved in one go.
