Gostei de todo o conteúdo oferecido, além da possibilidade de usar o sistema para meus agendamentos tem tornado meu dia a dia mais fácil.

Não há contras que gostaria de pontuar, estou feliz.

What I liked the most was its ease of use and its ability to simplify the appointment scheduling process. Before I found this app, it was frustrating for me to manage my schedule and make sure my clients were on top of their appointments. But now I can schedule appointments with a few clicks and send automatic reminders to my clients.

I feel that the online booking website customization option could be more flexible. Although I can customize some aspects, I would like more control over the design and overall appearance of the site.

Goldie allows me to see exactly how much work I have and where I need to book more people at a monthly glance because they allow you to color-code your appointments. I'll admit, I wish there were more colors. But I work as a tattoo artist, and my shortest appointments are very light-colored, medium are blue, and my day sessions dark purple. When I try to book someone in, I only need to look at my whole month and the colours of each day to know exactly how long my appointments are that day and what I still need to book to work a total of 8 hours. It is a GAME CHANGER! Goldie used to be really glitchy, I switched to another calendar app that, unfortunately, didn't have this color-based view that I love, but worked better. I was pleased to see that Goldie has improved so much over the last year and came back as a happily paying customer.

Would like more colors for a more accurate reading of my day and appointment lengths. When I reschedule a day, I am forced to do it on the week by week calendar view instead of selecting a date using a selector. If the date that I am rescheduling is far off, it's so annoying to have to scroll through the weeks.

It’s very easy to start a business, goldie(appointfix)was the first scheduling app I used and I haven’t used another ever. I’m just excited to see where it will improve next.

The time slots. The website is customizable but not well enough!

Easy to understand compared to other booking apps

Nothing that i can think of compared to other booking apps.

I like that I can schedule our 6 team-members from my phone or laptop, anytime. I like that it can handle our handful of different job categories, as well as our ever-growing client list. The reports and weekly updates are a total surprise to me, but I like them and think they will be useful as I learn about them more.

I really dislike that there is no live chat or phone support. I'm glad I can email a human for help, but a much faster response time would be easier to achieve with phone or chat-and eould be valuable to me.

Also if X job is billed at $40/hour, but booked for 2 hours, Id like to be able to have they system "know" that. But, it doesn't seem to be an option. For our business, there is no way it can be possible for clients to book appointments themselves, without a human touch. I wish I could permanently toggle that option off.

It is very easy to use, and manages everything about my small business that i dont have the time to do!

I would love if they would add an invoice option!

I love Goldie for my business I can control payouts and deposits and can easily get ahold of my clients when ever I neeed to it’s such a easier process

Easy to use, I swapped from another service provider and felt it is so much better for my company

How easy it is to set-up your calendar and services and the best part besides having you own website is the confirmation/ reminders messages that the app send the clients

The least that i like is how long it takes for the money to be available in your account.

The convenience of being able to link schedule together, send out reminders to clients and provide a more professional experience.

It’s honestly nothing that I don’t like about Goldie, it’s been a great experience!

The booking site, automated messages, calendar and stripe addition are amazing features!

Difficulty setting up messages. Unsure how to schedule messages, no discount codes

It easy to use not complicated with features that aren't needed.

customer support is through email. I personally prefer to speak to someone directly. But when I needed assistance I received a response back and my issue was fixed in less than 1 hour.

The tip section should have a 0% option. Rather than haven’t to manually type it in if client is paying they may not know they can do that and feel they have to tip.

I like that I can upload our customer information neatly including pictures and follow up on appointments history also the option of sending SMS is very handy

It seems I can't cancel the option to send emails when I cancel an appointment, also to customize the tags for messages is not so easy or possible.

As a dog groomer would like to have an option to create the pets profile and link it to a owner profile as in my case an owner can have many dogs

It’s easy to use & clients find it easy to book in! It’s helped me gain more clients I really like using Goldie!

Payments take a few days to come out which is a little annoying but it doesn’t really bother me too much.

The scheduling and rescheduling and keeping up with payments is sooo easy!

My tap to pay rarely works. I don’t know if it’s service related

Life besides professionalism is quite important to me. I never want to miss on the best part of my youth. Goldie is my personal hot deal. I use it on scheduling and booking appointments for my fitness routine and therapy attendance. I am a big fun of its features. Very flexible and easy to use.

Goldie is one of the softwares that are flawless. Absolutely satisfying performance. It leaves no stone unturned.
