O que mais tem me impressionado é que a plataforma otimizou o controle de pessoal de forma incrível. Fiquei surpreso com a diversidade de ferramentas, desde criação de perfis de funcionários até análise de dados estratégicos.

De inicio achei um pouco difícil, mas logo me adaptei ao programa.

Foi extremamente simples de usar e localizar todas as características essenciais e dados necessários. Além disso, gostei bastante a sua habilidade de automatizar e simplificar operações de gestão de pessoal, como registro de frequência, processamento de salários e contratação de funcionários.

Não há nada de negativo a pontuar, apenas gostaria de um layout mais moderno.

It is generally OK but could end users make use of added functionality such as the ability of users to upload own achievments.

One thing I like about Sage HR is that it offers top notch human resource features including performance management capabiliites.
I like the time, attendance, and applicant tracking features
It comes with employee scheduling and is also mobile friendly

No regrets after using Sage HR for a long time now

The annual leave section is very useful when managing a team.

The system can sometimes be a bit clunky and not the most user friendly.

Sage HR is really good for keeping track of my employees sickness/holiday and out of office. This is important for scheduling payment runs. It is easy to see where all of the staff in the business are.

I dont think there is anything I can think of that I can write as a negative for this product. It is a very useful tool.

I like that sage HR is accessible on my mobile device, so that it is easy for me to view my pay slip, and book annual leave off

nothing major comes to mind when thinking about what i least like. The only thing i can think of is the dashboard visually is overwhelming and could be a lot simpler

Having been part of the team that has implemented the solution, I would say it's not a bad HRM tooling and the ability to integrate well with other Sage solutions seamlessly and other external solutions as well is a good one. It has practically met the expectation of those we deployed it for but sometimes with some degree of customization not available within the system it self. But overall it's a good tool.

Within the context of my usage and interaction with the solution, there's not much to like less.

Perfect Human Resource Management Application for your Enterprise. Has plethora of features and makes the job for HR easy as such you can manage your Organization with less HR capital!

This gets a little bit expensive when you've 200+ users, apart from that everything is nice and prompt.

efficient, easy to use, quick and easy setup, customer service is good

sometimes the app bugs a bit but customer service has been helpful everytime

By downloading the app, I have access to any payslips and documentation that I need

Easy to use the product, and well structured

seems all perfect, did not use other product to compare the same

- ability to create different policies for various locations (if you have a distributed team it's fantastic)
- integration with a google calendar & slack bot
- custom actions to be done after a time-off request is provided

- documents storage is not convenient for users and search
- had few cases with support team when did not receive a reply in time
- would be great to have a follow-up for managers if they do not approve/decline the request of their direct reports
- request for few hours per day does not allow to give precise hours, simply [number] hours in the first/second part of the day. I would prefer specifying exact hours

It is very adjustable, features are updated each week with increasing functionality, accessible customer support, very friendly pricing.

Bugs. With such a speed in new releases it is almost inevitable that bugs pop up.
New customer onboarding could be improved with clear guidelines.
Knowledge base with instructions of use could be more informative.
System could offer basic templates for all modules (survey, onboarding, offboarding etc)

No recruitment module
Not enough fields in recipes (I am pretty sure that it is possible to let user to use much more variables and logic operators (jumps, triggers) and play with boolean search and complex logic).
No calendar of upcoming appraisals for all the company, which could be useful for HR service to plan the load (I mean, standard calendar table view for the whole year)
No recurrence (you should duplicate the same task manually, instead of setting of recurrence 'once per every 6/12/18 months etc")
When you change initial task itself, the workflow which includes this task, still contains not updated version. As for me, if any component has been changed, it should be relevantly changed in any more complicated structures which contain that 'brick', instead of manual searching where this component could be used and further manual changing.

This software is very user friendly and you don't need to be an expert on websites to figure what you can do inside the platform. Is also an easy way to organise your team vacays and to have a overall view of the entire schedule

The only downside for this software is that sometimes when creating a new account the invitation request might fail but the support temas acts quickly
