It is simple and handy tool to look after your infra with ease and efficiently

Mostly few improvement will be required in APM Database monitoring

I like all the details that OpManager offers, specially for the price we pay.

There's not thing that I dislike about OpManager as we can find everything everything under one umbrella.

Servicedesk Plus integration needs some work to better integrate the two systems. User management is cumbersome.

Slight request on UI modification to prevent certain buttons disappear when navigating to different pages but nothing too big of a deal.

Dashboard holds the key for OPManager as compared to other tools,this has an informative dashboard.It is user-friendly also.First configurations are pretty easy to handle.

It is not highly data oriented when compared to PRTG and observium,not all server equipments can be configured with OP manager.

Great dashboard layout, all views are in on place and you can monitor and see just what you want and not a bunch of items you don't need.

My only issue is IP management is not the best, it shows what is used or free but does not give details of what is connected.

OpManager provides deep network monitoring, advanced alerting capabilities and providing reporting in a GUI format that's easily readable. We really love the alerting features for our network techs, it provides near real time notifications that a device or application is not responding.

The upgrade process is a little cumbersome but once you've done a couple, it's a breeze. The upgrade process is consistent across all ManageEngine products.

Felixibility, scalability, preventive monitoring system and easy administration

I liked all its functions, also if there are problems they are always attentive to solve the problems

Network management-like interface utilization, critical alert notification, network availability report etc

Still there is limitation to detect automatically while acquire a network device-For example SonicWALL firewall , which not getting exact modem during aquistion

Intuitive map creation and agent less monitoring make it unique than others.

We are using this tool from last 5 years. We cannot find any dislike.

Easy to configure and enable notifications.

CXO dashboards not available to the customer expectations.

we can easily monitor and manage routers, switches, printers & scanners etc.Through dashboards, we can easily obtain all network related information

Visualization in the form of pie charts are not available.

It has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. The initial setup went smoothly and in a decent amount of time. It allows you to effectively visualize critical services and quickly identify problems. Server performance monitoring can run equally efficiently on Windows and Linux operating systems.

This is a powerful and easy-to-use monitoring platform, although you need to have a deep understanding of all its features to take full advantage of its capabilities.
