Getting down to the nitty-gritty of ZohoCampaigns, It's a great tool that provides limitless possibilities for email marketing in general. It's easy to use and provides features like marketing automation, customizable templates, A/B testing, subscriber segmentation, and other wonderful features.

While ZohoCampaigns claims to offer affordable pricing options - nevertheless, I think it's not as affordable as it claims. I discovered that fees increase as the number of subscribers also increases - While there might be reasons for its pricing model, however, I think it's being transparent upfront.

I mean, similar services like Gmass would offer unlimited contacts for a transparent and fixed price. Personally, I would go in for a service I know in-depth

I use zoho campaigns for Sms marketing and it gives the best outcome because Sms message easily reaches to anyone in the short period of time

It is versatile and strong. Zoho campaigns has a lot of functionalities and connections to other Zoho tools.

It is not reliable in formatting, deliverability, reporting.
The emails will look worse than from the competitors.
There is no custom localization.

What I liked more about Zoho campaigns was its capability to send out email blasts, and bypass email filters.

What I'd enjoyed least about Zoho Campaigns was how difficult and buddy the UI was. The support that the company offered was not very high qualify either, and frustrated me more than needed.

Firstly, Zoho Campaigns is affordable across all tiers.

Secondly, ZC automates email marketing which saves time.

Finally, it has a robust backend integration capability.

Unfortunately, Zoho Campaigns doesn’t offer website builder and landing pages creation tools.

Nothing to complain because it fully meet all.

I like the easier integration of the Zoho campaigns with social media tools and the email to ease marketing on social media and emails

Pricing is extremely expensive for this solution and I would appreciate if they reduce the pricing

Drag and drop interface to build emails that looks professional, no coding required

You cannot fwd an email, the design gets distorted. The system freeze when adding tags to create customized email pulling data to create multiple version

Easy to use and very much simplified for dummies

I liked the customer service and the ease of use of the product.

So far, nothing that I did not like. But more templates would be lovely.

Having too much of Protocols, and if you mail to customer support, they will send you the online articles instead of giving solutions. fit for nothing why they are sitting in their table and asking for more salary..

Zoho campaigns is integrated with many zoho app such as zoho survey which is used to asses businesses productive and this helps in campaigns sending.

Promotion of business and marketing of company is easy using Zoho campaigns.

Customer support sometimes is too slow to respond to questions on time, and, interface needs s improvement

Zoho has a lot of tools (CRM, Helpdesk...) so it will be integrated with them, but (sadly) I wouldn't consider any Zoho tools

Is difficult to explain. I have to recognize that Zoho is trying to do cheap services and give a lot of things, but there are many details that make you reconsider using their tools after some months.
