It is extremely easy to use and does not require the sales person to fill in endless fields.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;It is the only CRM app that I have seen that was quickly adopted by the sales staff. I tried other CRMs before and they are very nice theoretically, but are not practical for the user.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By focusing only on prospecting new customers, this tool gets the job done.
