We already have a big tracking structure on other tools, so it was easier to create campaigns on Braze and use those campaigns to trigger the Survicate surveys - which works really well, by the way.

> My team uses Survicate to display mobile surveys and get user feedback, specially when running A/B tests to compare user perception on different variants. We really like how easy it is to design surveys and analyze user responses.

> **Desvantagens**: I'd like more flexibility in the questions. For example, I wanted to ask users to rate their level of technology skills on a 5-point scale and I had to hijack a CSAT for that. Also, it would be interesting to be able to push a message or a link, for example to do some fake door testing.
