Their system is easy to setup with business information and what services or items you are selling and providing. Additionally, their mobile terminals are easy for waiters and waitresses to carry around. > > **Desvantagens**: The customer service is not very helpful when you need them. Additionally, their systems are themed around the restaurant industry with little focus on any other business. ----- ### "Captivating Clover" — 5.0/5 > **Reagan** | *27 de abril de 2026* | Consultório médico | Taxa de recomendação: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I like that Clover is super easy to use and navigate. It keeps everything organized for you and it is quick for payment processing, financial management, sales, and inventory management\! It has an amazing value for your money and the customer support is also a huge plus\! > > **Desvantagens**: The only thing I could say that I dislike about it is only when we accidentally forget to put the device on the charger correctly because sometimes it can be tricky, and it does not always get charged, but that is mostly user error. > > Overall I can say that I love Clover. It is super easy to use and it definitely helps that you can use Tap To Pay with it since that it something that we as a society are seeing more and more nowadays. I will continue to use Clover and upgrade it for a long time and I definitely recommend it to every business\! ----- ### "Clover needs to be weeded out" — 2.0/5 > **Mallory** | *7 de abril de 2026* | Alimentação e bebidas | Taxa de recomendação: 1.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I liked that I could use clover to make production sheets for my staff but even that couldn’t be completely accurate due to clovers programming. It cannot convert ounces into pounds etc and you can’t use half numbers. > > **Desvantagens**: It is not intuitive for example when searching for something if spacing or capitalization is off it will not find the item. Also when entering inventory it will not let you use halves making things less accurate. It is a very clunky system and the running joke in the office was just hit refresh because clover will not update itself. It takes forever to enter data too unless you have them do it which they charge you for. > > Overall I would never use it willingly. It’s awful and really doesn’t work for you. There are better options out there and they don’t charge you for information like clover does. ----- ### "worst company ever" — 1.0/5 > **Vincent** | *23 de junho de 2026* | Restaurantes | Taxa de recomendação: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: nothing, they have the worst customer service ever, I would never recommend them and I will switch terminal. > > **Desvantagens**: I recently purchased a business and only needed a simple ownership/ID change while keeping the exact same services as the previous owner. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating and ongoing issue. After countless delays, poor communication, and a lack of understanding from the support team, the problem is still not resolved. I've personally wasted over 12 hours following up, repeating the same information, and trying to get answers. On top of that, I've lost sales and business opportunities because of this situation. What is even more disappointing is that Clover has never offered any meaningful solution, escalation, or compensation for the time and revenue lost due to their mistakes and delays. I own six businesses and deal with many service providers every year. Without question, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be moving my business to another provider. Extremely disappointing service. I cannot recommend Clover based on my experience. ----- ### "Powerfully simple POS, but mind the subscription stack"" — 4.0/5 > **Kira** | *18 de agosto de 2026* | Serviços de informação | Taxa de recomendação: 7.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The ability to customize the system using the Clover App Market allows you to add specific functionality (like specialized loyalty programs or advanced inventory tracking) as your business grows. > > **Desvantagens**: While the App Market is versatile, many essential add-ons require monthly paid subscriptions that can quickly bump up your overall recurring costs > > My overall experience with Clover has been solid,ⁿ It acts as an reliable, all-in-one central hub for taking payments and keeping daily sales organized. The fast checkout speeds and sleek hardware immediately elevate the professional feel of the business. While managing the additional monthly costs for add-on apps can take some getting used to, the convenience and ease of staff training, and operational reliability make it a very worthwhile investment for smooth daily workflows. ----- Página: 1 / 25\ Próximo: [Próxima página](https://www.getapp.com.br/software/101591/clover?page=2) ## Links - [Ver em GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.br/software/101591/clover) ## Esta página está disponível nos seguintes idiomas | Localidade | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Dados estruturados
