Todoist is helpful to me because I track projects, use reminders (for the much-needed automation that Notes and a notebook don't provide), and interact with the app throughout the day. Another problem I have with Todoist is that you cannot assign a single task to multiple people. > > The radiator in my office is making this strange clicking noise but at least I can see what the development team is working on with regards to the Arctic Ice Thickness Project. We also use Todoist to track our software sprints here and thus far, it has not completely failed us. As a whole, it allows our remote employees to be on the same page without having to have meeting after meeting to discuss who is working on what. Perhaps, I'm not tapping into its full functionality, and for a relatively simple user like myself, it feels like there's a lot I'm not using. Also, this is a really small thing, but when I type a hashtag into a task title, and it doesn't suggest a slashtag underneath, so I have to manually type the entire hashtag, plus the slash to have it show up in the dropdown menu. I do create a lot of tasks, and so that little issue there is a bit of a niggle. > > Really, it's been quite positive. I can imagine that I will be integrating it more fully, and probably tapping into Zapier integration as well at some point.
