The Study Guide is easy to understand and extremely helpful. The customer support is great. This is the third SIS I've used, and it's definitely my favorite. > > **Desvantagens**: There are definitely SIS providers that have been around longer and have more features and integrations. Alma is still growing, so they are adding new and improved features all the time. They are lacking somewhat in customizations, and implementing them can take a while. > > My overall experience with Alma SIS has been great. I transferred our district from our old SIS to Alma on my own and felt confident during every step with the help of Alma's implementation team. We have been using Alma for 4 years and recently surveyed staff on their experience using Alma. The majority of responses were all positive. ----- ### "The absolute worst year I've had as a professional school counselor." — 1.0/5 > **Katy** | *23 de fevereiro de 2018* | Taxa de recomendação: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: You can log in quickly. The people who have come in to assist with how horrific this year has been have been mostly humble and at least tried to help. > > **Desvantagens**: Absolutely impossible to have what we need at our hands as high school counselors. Everything is laborious or actually impossible to do. It has taken MONTHS to get even tiny bits of advances to make this usable. Transcripts, which are an essential piece for our kids, took 6 months to have functioning, and they're still inaccurate. Scheduling is months behind because the programming is inept for a school this size. It lacks confidentiality and privacy that's important for our students. Household units are not available, access to other buildings makes it impossible to know who has siblings and other people living in their home, which poses a safety issue when filing reports to CPS, report cards are still completely wrong and inaccurate. I could truly go on for an awfully long time, but I digress. At the end of the day, I think I can vouch for every person in my building when I say that this program was rolled out in a deplorable way, changes and improvements are slow and sometimes non-existent, and it's made me reconsider even working in this corporation due to how terrible this system is. A program in its infancy has been detrimental to every single stakeholder in this corporation, and I've been disappointed since the first day of training in August. > > none. ----- ### "Easy to Use" — 5.0/5 > **Catherine** | *7 de outubro de 2025* | Gestão da educação | Taxa de recomendação: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It is easy to navigate Alma as a teacher to find information. I like the ability to send out messages to families. > > **Desvantagens**: I wish that the attendance section included students leaving early in the count of absent/tardy. It would be nice if the messages could be sent as a text and email and not require 2 separate messages to be sent. > > Good transition overall. Much smoother and easier to navigate than the previous SIS our school used. ----- ### "Alma-zing\!" — 5.0/5 > **Tammy** | *18 de junho de 2025* | Gestão da educação | Taxa de recomendação: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I love how the Spreadsheet Data Editor lets you update information in one place—it’s a total time-saver > > **Desvantagens**: The bell schedule update process. It requires either a manual change or uploading a file, which isn’t very efficient. An easier or automated way to make updates would save time and reduce errors. > > Alma is not a one-person job—it’s a user-friendly system where all stakeholders play a role. Its design encourages collaboration, making it easy for staff, teachers, admins, students, and parents to contribute and stay informed ----- Página: 1 / 19\ Próximo: [Próxima página](https://www.getapp.com.br/software/103127/alma?page=2) ## Links - [Ver em GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.br/software/103127/alma) ## Esta página está disponível nos seguintes idiomas | Localidade | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Dados estruturados
