I compare it with Qualtrics that I was using for 8 years and I can definitely tell it's way below when it comes to reliability, overall efficiency and user experience. Whenever I try to work on QuestionPro, I never know if I'm able to login, if the system doesn't crash or if respondents are able to fill in the study.
