Firstly, it helps keep tasks organized. You can organize sheets to be viewed a few different ways, ie grids, lists, tables, etc. It also offers lots of differentiation with color and calendar dates. All these great features make Smartsheets extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. You can set up a sheet based on your preferences and style. Most of all, Smartsheets offers fast and smooth collaboration between colleagues. Anytime I need to notify a coworker with a specific explanation, I can simply do so by mentioning the name in the notes and it will notify. We can then conduct a conversation and it will be recorded right there. > > **Desvantagens**: At this point, I am very happy with Smartsheets. It keeps things well organized according to my preference and style. I can only say-keep it up\! > > Thank you for valuable this program\! It really keeps things running efficiently\!
