> We used tidio for over 6 years in conjunction with our tourism website. We set up flows for FAQ and bots to collect people's contact information before an operator could take over.&#10;&#10;We shared the operator responsibility between three people which was nice.&#10;&#10;Unfortunately in December of 2024 Tidio changed their pricing structure and our bill doubled from $32 a month to $64 a month. This included some kind of promotion because the package we were being migrated to was actually $100 a month\! Our credit card was auto charged.&#10;&#10;Unfortunately we can't recommend a company that does a bait and switch like this as well as auto charging customers with such an extreme rate hike without notice.&#10;&#10;On a side note their android mobile app never really worked well and we missed many visitor chats on the mobile app.

After looking at everything, if someone asks for a final reply, I will say only one thing that Tidio is a very beneficial and helpful platform which can help small to big businesses, you just need to know how to use it and understand its plans, its dashboard is very easy to use, you will understand it easily which will help you in taking your customer support to the next level.

The AI chatbots easily handle common education-related FAQs, reducing manual support load. Its API and webhook integration allow us to trigger events from our portal, send automated messages, and track user behavior. Setting it up with LMS platforms like Moodle or Google Classroom was smooth, and the documentation was very developer-friendly.
