O ChurchTrac é um software de gerenciamento de igrejas em nuvem, que ajuda as igrejas a manterem o controle de seus membros paroquiais e do crescimento do ministério. Overall, ChurchTrac is a great app for church leaders and administrators to track their churches impact in their neighborhoods, membership growth, and other church member milestones.
Vantagens
I have used ChurchTrac in the past to track the members and work of a church I assisted, it was helpful for those of us consulting and the leaders involved. The user access, security, communication, and bank transactions features along with the ability to run reports that help make data easy to read add up to an application that is a great value for money and useful for both users and administrators
Desvantagens
some have told me they had issues withthe sotware, I however love the application and could not find any issues that were dealbreakers for me.

Churchtrac has always been a great product since I started with it years ago. It seems like every year, they improve and expand their product. We are a small church and it does everything we need.
Vantagens
Churchtrac is a great product at a great price. I researched many other solutions and they give you the best value for what you get by far. I have had them for years, and they keep adding more. We are a smaller church, but it works great for us.
Desvantagens
There is no phone support. But their email support is very quick in their replies.

It looks like a good product but I can’t access the free trial and customer service won’t respond to tickets or phone support.
Desvantagens
Customer Service. I submitted a ticket-no response. I scheduled a phone call and waited- no call.

I love it. Information at my fingertips. CT always available to develop new ways to use the application. Website formatting easy to use.
Vantagens
I have used CT for many years now. I find the cost very reasonable, the support is very good - even when one asks a stupid question. I am the primary user and find it very easy to manage our membership, and our pledge giving. Reporting is easy to use and I, on many occasions, have been able to pull up information quickly when needed. We have never had any issues with online giving. I feel totally secure in having this information in the CT system. Unfortunately, we do not use the accounting platform.
Desvantagens
This issue is specifically on our end and not CT. I cannot get more people interested in using the online application for any aspect of CT. With an aging population, technology is not what they want. I need to find ways to show them how beneficial the information from CT can be for them. Always a goal.

It is stress free, easy to navigate between sites and find what I need. Customer service is prompt and eager to help.
Desvantagens
Totals need to be at the end of gross amount received, fee charges and net amount for monthly totals.
