O Rentman é um software de aluguel baseado na nuvem que oferece às PMEs do setor de audiovisual, eventos e produção uma plataforma única para gerenciar equipamentos, planejamento e faturamento. Incorporando um painel visual, um calendário online e uma interface de arrastar e soltar. O Rentman tem como objetivo oferecer uma solução de aluguel abrangente e fácil de usar.
Para gerenciar aluguéis com eficiência, o Rentman fornece aos usuários as ferramentas para organizar estoque, agendar mão de obra e gerar cotações e faturas facilmente. Permite que os usuários acompanhem a disponibilidade de seus equipamentos e gerenciem sublocações. Com suporte integrado para códigos QR, os status de estoque podem ser rastreados e atualizados com precisão.
O Rentman possibilita um planejamento inteligente com um calendário de agendamento de arrastar e soltar. Simplifica a organização do evento, apresentando aos usuários um resumo claro das agendas dos membros da equipe. Usando o aplicativo móvel, os trabalhadores (autônomos) podem verificar facilmente os horários de trabalho e registrar suas horas.
Cotações e faturas podem ser facilmente geradas no software, usando sua própria estrutura e layout de documentos. Com backups automáticos e padrões de segurança em nível de banco, o Rentman garante que todos os documentos e dados sejam armazenados com segurança.

Easy to setup with great support.

Vantagens
The integration of invoicing and inventory management is the best of the software we have used, and the customization of document templates allows us to provide our clients with professional documents with exactly the right amount of information.
Desvantagens
There are some features that need work on kit and case building but with that said the rentman team are continually listening to the end user and implementing requests.

Easy to use and great access through the web.
Desvantagens
Maybe that they are still a young and small company and don't have everything the bigger companies offer in their softwares.

Vantagens
Great product for a small business or for a single user.
Desvantagens
On the new version (4G), you cannot manage data privacy per user. It means that all users have access to all data, offers, invoices, conditions even prices.
Dear colleagues, don’t you never get angry with a Freelancer, you may have surprises.
Notice that this problem is not a priority for them because we would be 15 users out of 1700 to talk about it

It is great for quoting and booking. We are happy to use Rentman.
Desvantagens
Reporting is not working well, it would be nice to have a better way to track equipment by the factor it was hired.

It has been made with the Event Production Industry in mind. It speaks our language, the people who work there understand everything we are trying to do, and they go above and beyond for Rentman to be like a third limb!!
Their support is second to none. We have taken up the premium support service, and wow!!!!! They are more responsive than people sitting next to us in the office here. They get back to every email / ticket / suggestion / question as soon as they are online, and with such context and awareness of us (Their team knows us so well and we know them, because they are so personable and consistent). We are in Australia, yet that time difference does not affect their performance at all, generally because everything works and our tickets are about making a slight improvement to something that already works really well, that's saying something!?!
Vantagens
It has revolutionised our systems!! We consolidated so many systems into Rentman; warehouse / inventory, quoting & invoicing, rostering & scheduling, timesheets, task management, CRM (the critical parts in Rentman, yet we moved from Salesforce to HubSpot for our marketing elements).
Desvantagens
There are a few aspects in the last 8 months that are not exactly what we'd like, but we've either shifted our expectations or Rentman have made developments to sort it out! Not being able to share a Project across multiple Account Owners has been a little bit tricky but we've refocussed our needs there. The 'contact person' does not have much information associated with them, but I'm picking holes at a pretty incredible system.
