Sobre o Boardable
O Boardable é um software de gestão da diretoria criado para ONGs, mas adequado para empresas e grupos de qualquer tipo que procuram se organizar. O software é centrado em reuniões, ajudando os grupos a agendar reuniões, conversar, organizar e armazenar documentos e acessar prontamente as informações de contato uns dos outros.
O cliente ideal do Boardable é uma ONG comunitária com 10 a 100 membros de diretoria e outros 20 a 30 voluntários que precisam de um lugar central para se coordenar e comunicar. A plataforma Boardable foi criada para integrar-se aos produtos do Google e da Microsoft, de modo que pode ser usado sem precisar fazer login.
Criado pelos fundadores de uma ONG em 2016, a visão do Boardable é trazer para a diretoria das ONGs as ferramentas e os talentos para cumprir a missão da organização. O Boardable foi fundado para ajudar as ONGs a trabalharem de maneira mais eficaz e ampliar seu impacto na comunidade.

Game-changing for Boards

Vantagens
Centralized communication has been key to moving our organization forward. It's helped with accountability and tracking, and allows us to communicate between board meetings. Polls are great for gathering feedback, etc.
Desvantagens
I want to be able to use Boardable for my committee functions as well. We have started to do this, but find the feature set is limited. I believe this could be fixed by changing the way we look at member, observer, and administrator. In other words, I want my committee members to have member-level access but only within their defined group. As it stands, committee members can't assign meetings, upload files, etc. because they are limited by their user status. Also, file storage can get hairy. There should be more instructions on storing files, attaching them to meetings, access, etc.

Boardable upgrades are awesome

Vantagens
Boardable's recent updates have made the functionality more uaer friendly. I love the agenda and being able to attend specific documents to the agenda items.
Desvantagens
There should be an "Audit" option. This will allow auditors of nonprofits to one time a year examine minues, etc for audit purposes and not count towards the number of users
