> **Vantagens**: The best thing about Ticket Tailor is the flat fee pricing model.  You can charge as much or as little as you want for tickets, and not worry that they are taking a cut of every ticket sold. Especially for expensive tickets, this amounts to hundreds of dollars in savings.

> **Desvantagens**: There are a few use cases that I've come across for which it isn't ideal, but I've contacted the developers and they are very helpful with taking suggestions and offering ideas. I will freely admit that some of my use cases are fairly esoteric, so if you're just doing a fairly normal event you should have no issues.

> Overall we've used TicketTailor for almost 10 events over the past 2 years and love it. It's the cheapest full-featured ticketing system you'll find, and much easier than hosting your own service to save money.

> **Vantagens**: What I enjoy most about Ticket Tailor is how easy it is to use. Setting up an event takes minutes, and everything just makes sense — no steep learning curve or complicated steps. The pricing is also a huge win. Compared to other ticketing platforms, it feels fair and transparent. I also really appreciate how i can customise everything , so the checkout experience feels like it belongs to our brand. And whenever we’ve needed support, their team has been quick and genuinely helpful.

If anything, it would be nice to discover some of the more advanced features a bit sooner — we have suggested enhancements to the team to incorporate into their roadmap, so would be good to get those delivered at pace to move with the speed of industry

> **Vantagens**: I like the immediacy of it and the fact that it easily links up to Stripe for fast payments.

> **Desvantagens**: I always need to do print screens of the events I've held and the total amounts made for my accountants, because there's no feature to have a summary of the income for each product. I've asked the question but Ticket Tailor has referred me to Stripe, however Stripe don't show you what you've made per product, only money coming in. So it's a bit of an annoying vicious circle.

> **Desvantagens**: The only issue I find with Ticket Tailor is adjusting the price of tickets for a certain day - it is a little cumbersome if you have a weekend-long show and you want one of the days to be a different price than the others. There is a way to do it\! Just takes a bit to set up.

> **Vantagens**: The platform is pretty easy to use. As intuitive as it's probably possible to make it while still giving up lots of granular control. Also very affordable for smaller events.

> **Desvantagens**: My complaints are pretty minor. The animations on the log in page gives me a headache, and I wish it was possible to write short customised messages about individual events on the events page.

> I've used Ticket Tailor for about 50 events over the past few years. I really like the way they operate, and have found their customer service to be particularly outstanding. Not that I've needed to use it much, because things tend to run smoothly, and they aren't constantly tweaking things just for the sake of change.
