Sobre o PriceLabs
O PriceLabs é uma ferramenta de gestão de receita para administradores de imóveis para locação de férias e de curto prazo, que fornece preços dinâmicos orientados por dados e integração com PMS. A abordagem orientada por dados do PriceLabs permite que os usuários obtenham informações sobre seus negócios, bem como sobre os preços do mercado e da concorrência, para gerenciar os preços e aumentar a receita.
Para ajudar os administradores de imóveis para locação de férias e de curto prazo a controlarem os preços, o PriceLabs fornece sugestões de preços dinâmicos orientados por dados, com base em previsões de oferta e demanda futuras, dados históricos, tendências de mercado, feriados, etc. O PriceLabs coleta automaticamente os dados dos concorrentes para obter informações sobre as tendências e demandas do mercado e fornece dados com base nessas informações. Se os usuários não concordarem com as recomendações de preço ou optarem por substituí-las, é possível personalizar os preços com controle total de preços mínimos e máximos, regras de estadia mínima e máxima, preços por evento ou sazonais, entre outros.
Para garantir que os preços dos anúncios estejam sempre precisos e atualizados, o PriceLabs integra-se a vários sistemas de gerenciamento de propriedade (Property Management System, PMS), como BookingSync, Airbnb e Vreasy, para facilitar a sincronização contínua de preços. O PriceLabs permite que as empresas obtenham um resumo do desempenho de seu portfólio com um painel analítico personalizável que fornece relatórios sobre o desempenho dos anúncios, reservas, receitas, preços médios de reservas e muito mais.

Love this Dynamic Pricing Tool

I recommend PriceLabs hands down. I've used other tools and this is the one I like the most by far.

Vantagens
It is very easy to use and connect to their support PMS or even airbnb accounts. I love their multi calendar feature and that they support multi unit setup. The other dynamic pricing tools out there, do not support this.
Also, their support is TOP NOTCH, can't say enough good things about them. They are super responsive, attentive, helpful, insightful, etc etc
Desvantagens
Maybe the UI, even though it was improved recently, I think it lacks behind other players. It's not bad though

Vantagens
Pricelabs saves me a lot of time with calendar alignment, dynamic pricing, and travel accommodation demand trends. I have been using it for a year and have yet to discover all the features that allow me to grow my business
Desvantagens
nothing for now for the technical part. I would like the translation of the guide into Italian. There is already something but many articles are in English, unfortunately it is my limit

it has good and great data base but is to big so you could not learn how to use it by yourself

that the videos are in english, i would have liked them to be in french. and also, the impossibility of connecting it to booking

Vantagens
The ability to manage the prices of our AirBnb properties across multiple platforms, this keeps us ahead of the competition in a very saturated market.
Desvantagens
One drawback of PriceLabs is that if you're managing a lot of properties, setting up and managing pricing rules for each one can get complicated and take up a lot of time.
