In addition, the use of provider specific macros and mapping to appropriate locations within our EMR documentation allows for productive use of the documentation time. > > **Desvantagens**: While there have been limited issues that would be considered major, all applications have their quirks and room for improvement. I feel that any issues we had, were rectified promptly and correctly with the proper support team. I think one thing that might be more useful in this instant response culture we all work in, might be a quicker turn around, although it is most times very acceptable. > > In the several years that I have supported the application and worked with the ZyDoc team, I have been very impressed with their commitment to a quality product and quick response. The ability to interface with the EMR using a smartphone has improved our ability to spend more quality time with the patients and ensure that prompt documentation occurs. Additionally, our facility offers several specialties and the adaptation to the terminology specific to these specialties allows for professional and accurate patient documentation without constant manual intervention.
