I’m a top rated salon due to great reviews so feature high on the listings in my area. Booking payments taken and paid out with no hassle. > > **Desvantagens**: Need consultation forms linked to bookings and a reminder to confirm no changes to medication etc before attending another appointment is essential\! Charges for clients returning after two years when they originated via the salon not Treatwell is harsh\! ----- ### "Easy to go" — 5.0/5 > **Navjot** | *27 de março de 2024* | Suprimentos e equipamentos para empresas | Taxa de recomendação: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Easy to bring clients in .. no free sitting > > **Desvantagens**: I love Treatwell and customer service is best and easy to operate > > Over all training with Treatwell is excellent and after that even they give full time to help us . Great support thanks ----- ### "Awful\!" — 1.0/5 > **Emily** | *25 de janeiro de 2022* | Saúde, bem-estar e condicionamento físico | Taxa de recomendação: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The lovely clients you can create, you can add your own clients > > **Desvantagens**: The staff / booking system / review department. > > The more and more I keep using treatwell the more and more I get frustrated. Bearing in mind salons are their main source of income which would make you think they would listen to you, help you. Nooooo all they care about is getting their money. I will definitely look at moving to Fresha who are partner orientated and not money orientated. I was told by 5 different members of staff that clients can’t leave a review after a 1 month period. A client then leaves a review after 3 months, I contact the review team to tell them this is not fair because if someone is really unhappy they wouldn’t wait for 3 months and why would you allow it. He said they policy has always been the same. Honestly the team definitely need some training as they don’t know what they’re doing. The give false information on many different occasions as I’ve witnessed this. They Always side with the clients and they said that this is their policy. Clients can write whatever they like ( a client threatened us ) and this was allowed. There’s definitely no regulations as no one takes it seriously. Treatwell should not be allowed to be run like this, it’s damaging businesses\! ----- ### "Happy business customer" — 5.0/5 > **Chloe** | *5 de dezembro de 2023* | Saúde, bem-estar e condicionamento físico | Taxa de recomendação: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I like the marketing efficiency for my local area > > **Desvantagens**: It regularly crashes in its app format using a Samsung phone > > Really happy overall with the impact its had on my business, customer service team are good, only downside is they take a high commission for bookings ----- ### "Opinioin on treatwell" — 4.0/5 > **Yeliz** | *28 de dezembro de 2023* | Saúde, bem-estar e condicionamento físico | Taxa de recomendação: 5.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Diverse of people use treatwell so you will get a varried clientele > > **Desvantagens**: Payments sometimes are not on the accurate date think on the 16 or 17th regardless we should be paid. And treatwell needs to stop bombarding customers with booking reminders for example if i tap a client by accident and move thir appointment down by 5 mins they will get a text stating your booking has been changed this is unnecessary ----- Página: 1 / 13\ Próximo: [Próxima página](https://www.getapp.com.br/software/114999/treatwell?page=2) ## Links - [Ver em GetApp](https://www.getapp.com.br/software/114999/treatwell) ## Esta página está disponível nos seguintes idiomas | Localidade | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Dados estruturados
