Most of our customers use Internet Explorer, and this can cause issues. I have had issues with my mouse showing up in the past, and their support team told me there was nothing they could do about it. I later found a solution Googling around for 20 minutes. This may not be common, but I haven't bothered contacting their support since. 1-3 second video delays are COMMON... My coworked emailed them about this and they offered some suggestions... none worked. You can record Audio but not Video... Why? This is a common feature in other software.
