Partnering with FusionSite Services, we integrated Motive's truck camera system into our vehicles, and it has proven to be an invaluable asset. One area where Motive could significantly improve is in the realm of maintenance management. While the platform does offer a way to create maintenance schedules, it falls short when it comes to creating and managing work orders. For instance, if a mechanic is performing preventive maintenance on a truck and notices an issue that needs attention, there is currently no straightforward way to document this issue for future action. The ability to generate a work order in such scenarios would be incredibly beneficial, allowing mechanics to note repairs or tasks that can be addressed later when time permits. Implementing a work order management feature would greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations, ensuring that no issues are overlooked and that all necessary repairs are documented and tracked systematically.
