O ERP QT9 é um software de planejamento de recursos empresariais desenvolvido para ajudar as empresas a administrar contabilidade, compras, vendas, estoque, produção, pagamentos e muito mais. Com o recurso de planejamento de necessidades de materiais, as empresas podem monitorar as matérias-primas com base em pedidos processados, facilitando o planejamento das atividades de compra e automatizando a criação de ordens de compra.
O QT9 ERP conta com uma série de módulos, como chão de fábrica, gestão de autorizações de devolução de mercadorias, lista de materiais, gestão de fornecedores, expedição, ordens de venda e faturamento, entre outros, para ajudar os administradores a simplificar as operações em toda a organização. Alguns recursos são grades personalizáveis, alertas por e-mail sobre o status de matérias-primas e produtos acabados, relatórios detalhados e exportação de dados. Os usuários podem gerar e imprimir relatórios personalizados para fichas de processo, etiquetas de remessa, faturas e outros dados.
O painel do ERP QT9 oferece recursos de classificação e filtragem, para que os gerentes possam ter insights sobre o desempenho do fornecedor, entregas, itens comprados e produtos manufaturados, além de analisar informações por meio de gráficos de pizza. Desvantagens
Although the fact that it is a highly efficient and user-friendly system, the software's reporting functionality is limited compared to other Erps and the user may need to export data to other systems for more details analysis

Our experience has been excellent. The customer support team has been great, implementation was smooth, and the system works great for our business.
Vantagens
QT9 ERP is a game changer for our medical device business. We were struggling with antiquated and disconnected systems and running on a paper based quality system. We needed accurate, real-time visibility into critical business information all in one place, and QT9 has delivered that and more. Being an FDA regulated and ISO 13485 manufacturer, the integration between QT9's ERP and QMS is a huge advantage for us as well, providing full traceability and direct integration between our operations and our quality system.
The interface is simple to learn, and our team adopted it quickly. Implementation was much smoother than expected, and the QT9 support team was excellent throughout the process.
I highly recommend the QT9 ERP, as well as the QMS system.
Desvantagens
I wish I would have learned about QT9 years ago. We spent a lot of time searching for ERP systems that would fit our business, and QT9's focus on FDA-regulated / ISO certified businesses fit our operations and systems the best.

It's been good. It's our own companies fault we haven't maximized the potential of the software due to lack of staffing. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always helpful when starting up and they had a great support staff (especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]). I know he isn't there anymore. I haven't built up enough chemistry with the new support staff so I can't really comment too much on them but overall they seem to be doing very well so I take it they are good too.
Vantagens
Overall the flow of the software is very easy to follow. I remember shopping for an ERP system around 3 years ago and this was by far the simplest to use and was also by far the cheapest as well which is obviously another great plus. I know it may be silly but I love the manual is always available to look at in a link. I don't use the software everyday anymore so when I get on it, it is always helpful to get a refresh if I forgot to do something say when adding a new product or process.
Desvantagens
Small things I feel like can be improved. I think the biggest one to me is for sales orders the product you are selling can only show up in the primary UOM. For example we have some products we use for manufacturing and sell them as well. For example, in our plant we use white sugar and also sell it to local customers. UOM white sugar is in lbs, when I sell the local customer a bag of sugar as well, the sales order defaults to lbs of sugar as opposed to being able to switch it off in that case to a bag of sugar. I always found that annoying because I think that is something that can easily be switched.

Having been involved in a number of ERP integration projects throughout my career, I had some anxiety when the project commenced. However, the integration team quickly put my mind at ease. [sensitive content hidden] was our Integration Lead and led us through the project plan and kept us on track. When we switched over to configuration of the individual modules, we worked with [sensitive content hidden]. [sensitive content hidden] is PHENOMENAL! He knows the system inside and out. He quickly found solutions that met the needs of our business. And he is accessible! The software is going to work great for us but the integration team is what takes this to the next level!
Vantagens
After reviewing a number of different ERP solutions, we settled on QT9 due to its intuitive user interface and comprehensive functionality that addressed the needs of our business and specialized industry. Everything we need is in there. We recently went Live with the QT9 and are currently using the purchasing, inventory and accounting functions. In the near future, we will start using the Manufacturing Jobs, Sales Orders, and Shipping modules. The training sessions have been great, and I feel confident we will be able to use all the modules to run our business effectively. The import tools to get your existing data into QT9 are effective. And if you use the help function and menu, you'll be able to answer 90% of your questions on your own. And the lifetime support is a key differentiator to QT9.
Desvantagens
Manufacturing Jobs is the only area that is still a little difficult for us to grasp. The functionality is all there. But the job setup takes some time. To be fair...we haven't fully integrated this yet so I'm sure it will get easier as we use it more.
