Integrating into our systems was super easy and they have a great API to send customer data like custom events and such. We also use it to send email newsletter broadcasts to all our customers Before we used Intercom but we weren't happy with that at all and way too expensive. After implementing UserList the software was paying for itself already after a couple of days. Conversions went up and expansion revenue kicked in. UserList is very easy to use and looks wonderful. In this aspect, Userlist knocks it out of the park. After months of knowing I needed to set up an onboarding email sequence, I finally took the plunge and signed up for Userlist. Within 2 hours I had everything set up technically... \*and\* I had implemented a complete onboarding email sequence according to industry best practices (which they guide you in writing). What had been on my mind for a long time was implemented so quickly, and just as everyone said it would, an onboarding sequence had a tremendous impact on user activation / retention (+20%).
