It also looked like an easy to use interface so that was helpful as well. All of the functions that EatApp has to offer as well is very impressive. > > **Desvantagens**: It's tough to say what I least like about EatApp. There isn't anything that stands out that would make me say I don't enjoy using it. The only thing I would say is that I would rather have an all inclusive texting plan instead of having to purchase texts separately if I run out of them for the month. > > My overall experience with EatApp is great. It is very simple to use and they have great pricing tiers. The interface is clear and organized, making it convenient to keep track of reservations, tables, guest information, and the overall flow of the restaurant. Having important operational information in one place saves time and makes it easier to stay organized during busy periods. I also appreciate that the system is straightforward enough to learn without needing a lot of technical knowledge. > > **Desvantagens**: One area that could be improved is that some features can take a little time to understand when you are using them for the first time. There are also situations where having more customization or flexibility in certain operational features would be helpful. A smoother experience for some less frequently used functions could make the platform even more efficient for restaurant teams. > > Overall, my experience with Eat App has been positive. I mainly use it to monitor and understand restaurant operations, and it provides a useful overview of what is happening throughout the day. It helps keep reservations and restaurant activity organized and makes it easier to follow the operation without relying on multiple systems.
