Orginally starting on Enterprise before moving to Quickbooks Online. Overall Quickbooks online covers most of my clients needs and still remains as one of the competing accounting software for small business owners. The big stand out compared to its competition is the amount of integrations available via their app market. My clients use different software unique to their industry, Quickbooks makes this seamless by offering an integration for most if not all. > > **Desvantagens**: Support is the weak spot. The biggest challenge is when something goes wrong it can be difficult to get good help. Often I'm using forums and searching for solutions to the issue online. They are not as frequent but when they do happen, it can be troublesome. > > I run my firm on it and put most new clients on it. It's not flashy and it's not perfect, but it handles the day-to-day books for me and my clients. Their pricing is pretty good for all the options they have- we use Online Advanced. > > **Desvantagens**: I wish the QBO had as many reporting options as the Desktop version. I've asked about getting some of those reports but customer support says they don't have it. As someone that knows the accounting side of things the product can be frustrating to use because they block certain features or accounting procedures to try and help people not mess up their books. I've had issues with trying to get help through customer support but they know less than I do usually. > > Overall its been an ok product.
