I generally prefer Resources so I can see my week ahead. I also like that people can comment on tasks to provide updates or changes. It also organizes all of the tasks for a project fairly well with parent tasks and sub-tasks as structure. > > **Desvantagens**: I find navigating to the parent project of a task to be difficult - I have to right click and open in a new tab, then find my task/assignment. It would be ideal if you could easily get to the page with all tasks in a project from one of the tasks in your assignment/resources view. I would also like to see a feature where if a dependency is overdue, that is notifies the people on the next task to save them having to go back through and check. > > Overall, Birdview allows me to get work done and stay on top of assignments. I'd say it is fairly straightforward to use, but since most people who use it do the same steps repeatedly, you're going to learn your way around your part of it fairly quickly. I like that you can add messages to either the whole project or just a task. You can also create templates for the things you do over and over again, including ones with steps that are automatically assigned after the previous step is finished. There's also multiple ways to view your assigned tasks. > > **Desvantagens**: There really aren't any daily frustrations, which is nice. :) I would add that I don't think I use it to its full potential - it's sort of like a big rambling building where you only know your section of it. > > We've been using it for years, and it works fine.
