But am now six months into use. The support is polite but unable to help us to solve setting up a Custom SAML connection. An issue we have not had with setting up Custom SAML SSO connections for other apps.

> **Vantagens**: Braze does a lot of lifting in terms of trying to have features available to make email automation and triggered emails easier. Having the ability pull in datafeeds in the targeting criteria, the ability to message preview and test send, are all important features that make Braze well worth using. We also have dedicated Braze solutions consultants who have a relatively quick response time that is a big help as well.

> **Desvantagens**: There are a few features that, in my opinion, are critical for ease of use and needed everyday for Braze power users that I find would be hugely helpful, but aren't available. Being able to bulk select and drag components around the canvas, or bulk delete, or especially bulk edit would be huge but aren't features that are available. 

In the essence of fairness, one of the key features that I wanted for a long time, was implemented recently. Being able to select a push notification and have the copy be both iOS/Android inclusive, instead of having separate textboxes for each, was a huge win and timesaver.

> Overall, having Braze as part of the tech stack where I work has been a net positive. The layout is intuitive, easy to use and well defined. Braze documentation on their website is pretty detailed and helpful, and their dedicated solutions consultants are quite helpful. Overall a useful CRM tool, with good UI/UX and overall good experience, with a few key areas for small improvement
