Holistics é um software de análise de dados desenvolvido para ajudar empresas dos setores imobiliário, de comércio eletrônico, publicidade e outros a conectar vários bancos de dados SQL e compartilhar informações com stakeholders. Os gerentes podem definir métricas em uma camada semântica para gerar e atualizar relatórios automaticamente.
A plataforma permite que os administradores apliquem filtros, combinem dimensões e gerem consultas usando a interface de arrastar e soltar. Os funcionários podem gerar links compartilháveis e enviar relatórios protegidos por senha para parceiros externos. O Holistics permite que as equipes exportem relatórios e forneçam dados em tempo real em canais selecionados. Os supervisores também podem utilizar a funcionalidade de detalhamento para avaliar dados de acordo com países, intervalo de tempo, grupos de produtos e muito mais.
O Holistics permite que stakeholders mapeiem a lógica e propaguem dados atualizados em vários modelos dependentes em um painel centralizado. Também oferece um editor de SQL que permite aos operadores rastrear o histórico de consultas, formatar SQL, realizar análise de dados e preencher frases automaticamente.

We used Holistics for mostly for adhoc queries to scheduled reports. Compared to competitors, the value is unbeatable.
Vantagens
The team behind Holistics was very responsive to our requests for features. Linking to and ingesting from various data sources was easy. Reports could be scheduled and delivered via email.
Desvantagens
There was very little to not like about Holistics. The team was quick to respond to feature requests or bug reports.

- Enabled stakeholder access to data via self-serve, reduced data team BAU burden and allowed us to focus on higher value task- Works well with the Modern Data Stack paradigm- Great in our requirement discovery phase, when we weren't sure what kind of regular dashboards would be needed. Allowed stakeholders/users to do the first level of requirement discovery via their own self-serve, and iterated on that afterwards.
Vantagens
- Reasonable pricing per-user, good for data democratisation initiatives- Self-serve tooling and data set are more flexible than most competitors, while remaining quite reliable- Very easy to set up and connect to data warehouse, with dbt and git integrations- Team regularly releases new features
Desvantagens
- Access control are less granular than the big enterprise products- Covers the majority of basic data visualisations, but highly customised visualisations are more difficult (via custom Vega viz)

Vantagens
Data modeling - Holistics gives you the power of other, more expensive SQL-based modeling tools at a budget-friendly price that scales as your needs grow. In addition, it provides persistence mechanisms to a variety of destinations and integrations with other common data tools such as spreadsheet software. While some of the functionality is a bit limited, it's a great way to start analyzing data across a variety of different sources!
Self-service reporting - once you've built out your analysis-friendly data models, building a variety of reports and dashboard is simple, and with just a bit of training even our non-analyst users are building their own reports in minutes.
Desvantagens
Organization - there's quite a few quirks when it comes to organizing your data models and reports. A couple examples include the inability to rename data models once they've been created and the fact that all reports *must* be associated with a dashboard and can't be shared on multiple dashboards.
Data visualization options aren't the most visually appealing and offer limited ability to customize.

With Holistics now we are able to track the important metrics to our business on the cloud at an affordable price for our startup.
When we started looking for B.I solutions we thought that these services average pricing would make them available only to mid and large companies, and other cheaper services would not meet the minimum requirements that we were looking for.
Holistics was the best price/quality option we found after testing at least 6 B.I services.
Vantagens
Holistics allowed us to connect our ERP database directly to get near-realtime vision on the most important business KPIs to see how we can keep growing our company.
We've tried almost 6 online B.I solutions and Holistics was the one that allowed our startup to have a cost-effective dashboard with fully feature graphs and tools that even if we had more money to spend, we would still keep using Holistics as it has everything we need.
Another specific feature that we liked is that we are able to make a share-able URL to our dashboard so we can show to our shareholders how things are going quite easily.
While configuring the first dashboard months ago we noted some visual glitches at a feature. We sent an e-mail reporting the situation and they solved it pretty fast, so the support is pretty nice as well.
Desvantagens
As we are not going to see the dashboards every day, it's important for us to keep track of each day indicators. We found interesting to use the scheduled email export feature which send us a report of the dashboard every day.
The e-mail shows the indicators clearly and also attaches some spreadsheets from the reports. We think it could get even better if we could also get attached a PDF version of the dashboard with the same layout as the one we configured at Holistics site.
