> **Vantagens**: I very much like the philosophy behind it. Having the ability to screen emails in or out before they actually reach your inbox is a really, really nice feature. That alone made it worth it for me for 2+ years.

> **Desvantagens**: The fact that certain formatting is lost when viewing emails in Hey, and that every response is added to the inbox section, doubling the amount of emails there.

> **Vantagens**: Getting rid of all transactional Amazon or other companies emails is just incredible. At first it takes time to set up and have it running smoothly, but as soon as you have it, it's like having a VA cleaning up your email all day\!

> **Desvantagens**: For people who don't check email everyday I think Gmail is better because it's easier to deal with old emails. Also the search bar is kind of confusing.
