O Servant Keeper é um software de gestão de igrejas focado em automação, que oferece aplicativos de desktop, móveis e de Internet. Realize tudo, desde campanhas de doação até check-in de crianças com um único sistema.
O Servant Keeper pode cadastrar perfis individuais e familiares, permitindo que os usuários armazenem as informações dos membros relacionados em um único lugar. Todos os perfis são exibidos automaticamente na lista principal ao fazer login, que pode ser personalizada para mostrar apenas o perfil dos membros com os quais um usuário interage regularmente. Os perfis podem ser adaptados às necessidades do usuário e há a opção de adicionar campos e guias de informações personalizadas. A entrada de informações inclui menus suspensos e com preenchimento automático desenvolvidos para reduzir a digitação repetitiva. A segurança em vários níveis permite que os usuários atribuam funções com permissões de acesso específicas e as usem para impedir a visualização não autorizada de informações pessoais pelos membros.
Os indivíduos podem ser segmentados em grupos e existe a opção de enviar e-mails, criar crachás e estender convites de eventos a grupos inteiros. Os usuários podem imprimir relatórios de grupo personalizáveis e usar o recurso de mala direta integrado para produzir cartas personalizadas para todos os membros do grupo.
Os usuários podem rastrear as doações pelo nome ou o número do envelope do doador e as transações são memorizadas permitindo inserir doações anteriores automaticamente. As transações divididas podem ser registradas, trilhas de auditoria completas são geradas para todos os ajustes, os usuários podem visualizar gráficos e tabelas de doações e declarações de contribuição personalizáveis podem ser produzidas para registro dos doadores. O Servant Keeper também inclui vários modelos de relatórios, como relatórios de presença, listas de membros, datas e eventos importantes, habilidades, interesses e recursos dos membros e relatórios de atividades, que podem ser personalizados para incluir diferentes campos de informações.

Desvantagens
Would like to see an accounting package integrated with the software. Right now we have to manually add to a third party software.

Hi Bill, it's so nice of you to leave a complimentary review. I do want to acknowledge your request regarding accounting. Right now we offer direct integration with Quickbooks. So when you post your account totals go directly into your quickbooks company file. We have found that for most of our customers, this integration serves them best as their accountant uses Quickbooks. This also lets us focus on the member/donor tracking, which is what we do best. SK is a huge benefit in tracking all kinds of information regarding our membership and in producing digital and paper directories.
Vantagens
I'm not utilizing everything yet but these are the things I'm using and have found to be very helpful:
A membership database with the ability to run all kinds of reports.
The ability to create a paper directory/pictorial directory that includes contact information for the whole family.
Easily upload and crop pictures for family profiles and individual profiles.
Access to membership data through the SK App
Customer support is exceptional! Whenever I call needing help the staff is very kind, professional, and helpful.
Desvantagens
The inability to change the preschool designations in the school grade category.
The inability to move around between
I have difficulty finding the information I am looking for with the help/search tool in the database.

Fine folks, but inferior product

It served us well in our early years as a church. But as our needs grew, SK didnt work for us....
It served us well in our early years as a church. But as our needs grew, SK didnt work for us. Great price. Great folks. Very limited functionality. If you're needing a simple solution JUST to keep up with donations, this will work. If you need more than that, this product might not be the best for you.
Vantagens
Not much. I think the staff at SK are great and fine people, but the software is lacking!
Desvantagens
The GUI is archaic, outdated, and looks like one has taken a trip back into Windows 95.
The install is awkward, at least on a Mac.
There arent a ton of feature that can be done with this software. Reporting is limited, and there's no workflows, automated reporting, member portal, attendance module, etc.

My overall experience with Servant Keeper has been good. Even though some of the features are somewhat confusing to me, ultimately, in time, I am able to figure them out. So far it has been the most user friendly church management program I have tried. I Ch
Vantagens
Overall the software is relatively user friendly. Doesn't take long to get going. If you can attend an instructional seminar, that will get you going even faster and get a lot of questions answered.
Giving entries are very intuitive and straight forward. Corrections to entries are a little more work.
Desvantagens
Steps to Merging duplicate entries or files can be very confusing. Customizing entry fields in the membership is difficult. Always have to go back to the guides and/or instruction manual to recall the steps.
I always have problems with the conditional statements in creating a group. Wish it was more simplified with practical examples or templates.
