The onboarding/success team are very thorough and attentive, and they meet with you as often as you need them to, and they continue meeting with you regularly to make sure everything is going well. They truly care about your use of their tool and they want to make sure you're using it in the most secure way.  Their on-demand support  is top notch as well with quick response to live chat and their willingness to hop on video call to assist with whatever is needed. I would recommend Threatlocker to anyone who cares about security of their organization.
