He has also organized a technical meeting where their specialist has done a demo of the product, helped configured the stream. support was available later during the deployment stage for optimizing the video quality and to solve an issue with the AWS auto-managed deployment. Very reactive in responding to our messages, helpful in providing documentation. I was really shocked by such a high quality of the product support.
