> **Vantagens**: this product was easy to set up. The team’s guidance, insight, and deep experience with Meta made the process seamless, and they were always ready to help resolve any issues that came up, unless you want to cancel then it becomes extremely difficult.

> **Desvantagens**: What I liked least about this product was how difficult it was to cancel my account. The process is confusing and filled with unnecessary friction — support becomes unresponsive once you request cancellation, and the chatbot and documentation use dark patterns that make it hard to find the actual cancellation form.

> Without a verified Meta account, the subscription was unusable, yet there was no straightforward way to end it through the dashboard. Overall, the experience felt deliberately obstructive and very disappointing.
