FreshBooks swift integration and compatibility with our other project management products makes budgeting for our projects very easy. The reporting tools allow us to generate up-to-detail financial reports that help us evaluate where we stand financially. It also has an amazing invoicing tool that makes it easy to create invoices and share them with clients for monthly payments collection. It has been easy for us to determine our expenses with FreshBooks thanks to the Expenses tracking feature.

> **Vantagens**: It worked well until they shut my account down with no explanation. I highly recommend keeping your data elsewhere. They won't give access to it.

> **Desvantagens**: They shut my account down and didn't explain why and started ignoring my emails. I am in waterproofing and I've been creating quotes just fine during the free trial and a few days after I paid they shut my account down and wouldn't tell me why or give a refund. I put lots of time into getting all those quotes migrated onto the system and now I have to start again on a different app. I wouldn't recommend for small businesses that don't have their data in multiple places coz finding all the quotes I've sent is gonna take a while. I had used them for another business that had 2-3 transactions a month for over 2 years so I felt comfortable using them for this new business that had more transactions. I was wrong to have done so.

> Customer support is horrible. They won't answer you, just give you pre written responses. Not sure why.
